I started my first Limousine Company in1997 after I graduated from ASU in 1996-BS.PSY. I loved this business and grew in to it. I was driving part time as a Limousine Driver while in college. Excellent service, personable, clean and beautiful interior! I have use this company for airport trips many times. The most notable, is when I was out of state and my son had to travel by himself. Starlight picked his up, made him feel safe and made sure his bag was checked and off he went.
I am forever indebted to this company, I highly recommend them without reservation.

I've been using star lite limo service for about 3 years. At one point every other week for a year. They are always early to pick me up, in a comfortable clean car, and very professional. Frank runs a top notch service, with excellent employees. It's so nice to be able to get back and forth Hassle free. They're great!!

Frank did a wonderful job helping my wife who had just been released from UCSD Hospital. He picked her up and drove her to LAX for a plane trip to Mexico the following day. He arranged to have his limousine provide comfot for the 2 hour ride. Very professional services.

Starlite offer a first class service. I used them for an event with over 100 guests, travelling internationally and with various requirements over a week long period. These ranged from airport transfers, bus trips and adhoc cab runs, all with a complicated schedule of locations with exact arrival and departure times. All transfers were on time, with regular updates on pick ups and drop offs, meaning I knew exactly where my guests were at all times. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, and would use them again in a heartbeat!

They were extremely rude over the phone. It is impolite to laugh at your customers when the service they require (under 4 hours) is something that you do not provide. If service is important to you, do not book with them.

Had a fun time yesterday. We hired a limo for a day to shuttle us around a couple appointments and lunch and to pick a friend up at the airport. Frank showed up early, got us where we needed to be and tidied up after us at each stop. The limo was in good shape and very clean. It was an enjoyable way to spend the day! Thanks, Frank!

They picked us up a few weeks ago in a beautiful stretch Escalade. The driver showed up early, the car was clean & stocked with sodas, waters & ice and our driver, Michael was excellent. Very affable gentlemen who was very familiar with the area & knew all the short cuts to get around the traffic. And without the use of a navigator I might add.

A big sigh of relief after being provided with less than satisfactory service from other companies. I would highly recommend them & request Michael to be your driver.

Not getting off to a good start. It is 8:12 and the driver was supposed to arrive at my home at 7:45. No one is returning my texts or answering calls. My flight leaves in 2 1/2 hours and I'm traveling with a toddler. Now I'm in a bind to look for alternate transportation.

UPDATE:
Finally got an answer (my husband called) and they claim the driver got into an accident. Will be filing a complaint with BBB.

Mage sure you have alternate arrangements to get to your destination.

I have been using Starlite for about year now after switching from another company out of frustration. The goal for this transportation is good quality cars, on-time arrivals, and speed. Frank at Starlite delivers on all of this. There is never any drama - he is ALWAYS early, and is always there if flight are late / delayed. He makes it so easy for me.

I would highly recommend.
