I rented a limo for my sister's bachelorette party/brother-in-law's bachelor party. Ryan was very flexible and professional. He took turns driving the groomsmen and bridesmaids to breweries and distilleries and was willing to drive us anywhere during our time with him. I would hire Ryan again in the future!!

As I write this review I am saddened because we have used this limo company for approximately 10 years and there has never been an issue. In fact, we have always been very impressed and pleased with Jeff and his excellent service. Ryan bought the company a year ago and what a difference a year makes. We ordered a 20 passenger limo for our son's senior prom for him all of his friends to spend their last prom going in style. We reserved the car in February and prom was in May so plenty of time to reserve the perfect car. What we got was far from perfect. It was contracted out to another limo company

Rented the hummer limo for my sons prom this past Saturday. The limo arrived 5 minutes early and was impeccably clean inside and out. I was nervous sending kids over an hour away and feeling somewhat responsible for their safety, especially with some,of the bad press ive seen about limos in the news, the driver seemed very competent and kind, so i appreciate that and it somewhat releaved my tension. Beyond that everything went as expected and the kids,had a great time, so,thank you extreme for taking great care of,our precious cargo!

We booked a limo for our wedding party to return to our rental house from the venue through Extreme Limousine and to say I was disappointed with the service would be an overstatement of how I felt. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Our driver showed up to the venue and argued with my husband in front of our wedding guests for twenty minutes that we had only booked the limo for 2 people rather than the 18-20 we had actually booked it for. Once he finally agreed to let our wedding party into the limo it took him approximately 40 minutes (for a 15 minute drive) to travel to our destination

Isac was AMAZING!!!!! I'll order another car just to have Isac drive us! He knew everything in Los Angeles and was extremely accommodating and was VERY professional. He took care of our dinner reservations and made a teenager's concert that much better! Very polite and a good sense of humor.... if you order a car from Extreme, always ask for Isac! HE'S THE BEST!!!!!

I've used extreme Limousine a few times now the last few months...and every time it's been an awesome experience. Price is in line with the quality of service. Issac the diver is very professional and has great customer service skills, calling ahead to understand the agenda and ensuring all passengers get to and from their destination safely. Waiting for over two hours in 108 degree weather for a limo that we hope has air conditioning. None of the others available had working air. Wedding dinner had to be changed at last minute to accommodate us. How this company stays in business is beyond me. As a wedding guest I'm not out money but I'm sure hot and dehydrated. What a complete mess.

We used Extreme limo for our sons 11th birthday party. Craig was great with the kids, they loved him! He showed up on time to pick up from the kids school and the kids had a great time. We had excellent service the entire time. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the limo itself. Thank goodness the kids were 11 and under and didn't care what it looked like. It was just a little old and beat up. Besides that, I would totally recommend this company!

Jeff, the owner, was very kind and considerate. The limo bus was affordable and worth every penny. I took a group of people for a "Celebration of Life" and it was wonderful!! The inside of the limo was very clean, and the sound system was the greatest! Our limo was right on time, and the driver,Wil, was funny and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable! We went to a restaurant,and on our way there and back, we sang songs and remembered our loved one. It was the perfect day, and everyone was so happy that we were able to come and celebrate the life of our dear friend

Set up the party bus and 2 limo transfers for my brother's wedding. The limo drivers were fine. Not overly friendly, but not rude either. The bus was pretty beat up. The one driver had the wrong address and was late picking up the bride and the groom. Over all not awful but not excellent. I expected more for spending 1300 bucks.

Do not use this company. IF YOU DO PLEASE CHECK WHAT YOU ARE RENTING BEFORE YOU PAY. We rented the limo bus for our wedding. Paid $900 plus for 6 hours they gave us a hour free but then added that to our refund at the end. Limo bus broke down. I was late to my wedding. No air conditioning. We were burning up in 100 degree heat. The inside of the limo bus had duct tape and looked super ghetto. Not what we deserved for our wedding. It took them a week to get back to us about the matter then another week to receive our lousy refund. They should have given us most of it back. $350 refund. Oh and

We chose the black Chrysler 500 limo for a retirement party. Our driver (Brian) was great! He was on time, patient, and friendly the entire day. He drove us around to multiple locations and each time we got out he cleaned the back of the limo for us so we always got back into a clean limo.
The ability to use our iPhones for music through the speakers was great! Speakers worked well. Inside party lights were pretty neat.

I used Extreme Limousine for my wedding. We used the white hummer limo. It was a nice but a bit dirty inside as we saw some crumbs still on the seats. It could've been a bit cleaner inside but nothing we could do.
The limo driver was on time on the scheduled pick up. He knew where he was going as he was prepared with the directions beforehand. We rented the limo for 4 hours, which was plenty of time to get around from the hotel and the church. We did two pickups, the first was for the groom and groomsmen and then the second was for the bride and bridesmaids. We were on schedule and on time

I would NOT recommend using Extreme Limousine for an event if you have any sort of timeline to keep. We booked this company for our wedding to pickup and drive the bride and wedding party to the Ceremony location last month and it was a horrible experience.
Prior to the day of the wedding I personally called Extreme Limousine 3 separate times to confirm pickup location, timeline, drop off location etc after making our deposit. (They do not contact you after giving them payment information)
Long story short, I was assured they had all of the information correct and they would pass this along
