Horrible customer service. I'd give negative stars if I could. The driver Anthony was to pick up a defective treadmill from our house. The day before I called to make sure that they could pick up the base from behind the house, instead of the driver due to the excessive weight. The lady at the office said no problem. I was at work and only my wife and young daughter, with my elderly mother were at home. At pick up the driver Anthony refused to get the base, and my wife and daughter were made to get it from the back to the front. Anthony, ever the gentleman, refused to lend a hand, and wouldn't

I’m here delivering six pallets that doesn’t even weigh 500 pounds and it contemplating about who’s going to unload this load which only takes five minutes and I’ve been at the door for 45 minutes. All everybody is doing is walking around doing nothing.
