We stayed at Blue Church Lodge week after Christmas 2021. The location was convenient but there were so many problems, our Christmas vacation was spent trying to deal with them.
1- starting with minor: the downstairs bath toilet paper holder was broken, hair on the shower walls
2- sky lights in both upstairs bedrooms- one was stuck open and later repaired while the other was leaking and duct taped closed. The first night, it was terribly cold (inside and out) and the second night we realized it was due to the sky lights open; it was snowing inside the rooms. Everything below the windows was wet

Our family stayed at Blue Church Lodge Unit B the week after Christmas 2021. While the location was great, there were numerous problems that were ridiculous to have not been repaired before we arrived. A lot of time was spent by us trying to get maintenance to the very expensive accommodations we had rented (which pictures did not give an accurate depiction).
1- solor panels/ sun lights in both upstairs bedrooms were open and snow was coming in the bedrooms - bed was wet, along with anything that was brow the windows, not to mention temperature in the unit. Obe window was able to be closed,

This place could be really nice, it's very dated, but there is potential. Sadly it's a flop, as it isn't well maintained or managed. To start out, the property management company immediately charged my credit card nearly $400 for no reason at all. In fairness, they refunded this charge when I emailed them. Beyond that, a lot of things are in complete disrepair. The tub wouldn't drain, the bed (unit F) was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced IMO. The towels seemed to not be rinsed after being bleached and it burned our skin. There are some pretty dirty areas around the property and room (as you

Excellent location; spacious for four. Would give five stars if it had AC. Nowhere was it mentioned on their site that the location had no AC. Would not recommend staying at this location during summer months with high temps. Has two ceiling fans; one box fan and called for another fan to help with air flow.

Absolutely zero air conditioning. Carpets are horrendous. Smells like a dusty old church.

They run the place like an Airbnb, key pads on all the doors with no one site. Booked through the direct website and received no confirmation email with directions for arrival. None of my many phone calls were returned in the weeks leading up to our stay and it took us 30 minutes to find a guest from the sister property across the street to ask for a working phone number. The main number listed for this place may as well be disconnected, no one ever answers.

The hot tub isn't hot, the parking is scarce, & the internet is sub 3mbps and spotty at best. The hot tub room doors are left open

Very nice space one block from main street and a few blocks from bus station to get to Park City base. We comfortably slept 8 ppl in our lodge although the kitchen and restrooms are a bit tightly spaced.

The space itself falls short in many areas. Everything is dated. The beds not that comfortable. Water pressure in the kitchen is really poor. The dishes were dirty. There is no AC. Air is circulated with open with windows and fans. And there is also this shaggy rug in the main area that sheds like crazy. It was all over our clothes when we left.
On the pro side. The location is prime short walk to the middle of main street. All of the other tenants were really nice and same with the neighbors. Most of all, Louise who handled our reservations and requests, was very accomodating and quick to respond

A perfect location to stay at Park City. It is located walking distance from the City Lift for Park City where you can purchase lift tickets and go on up the mountain! They offer multiple room sizes and the 8 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 floor suite, with kitchen and living room, as well as 2 bathrooms. There was a queen bed in one room and a queen bunk bed in the other, as well as a pull out bed in the living room. We stayed Thursday to Monday and it was very enjoyable. It was stocked with towels, Keurig machine (and coffee), cable (with HBO!), and (sometimes splotchy) wifi. We were also located

Smack in the center of town. Easy access to everything PC has to offer. Walked to everything or took the free bus to ski at Deer Valley. Hot tubbing was a frequent part of our stay - used the indoor and outdoor hot tub often. Nice to have choices.
Breakfast was continental - average, but a solid start of healthy, or not so healthy, options.
There is only one downside to the location. But, fortunately, I sleep heavy as the bands playing music at nearby bars can get loud as can the patrons wobbling home post drinking. From condo C we heard none of it.
Will be back in the future.

Great location but below average accommodations. It wouldn't take much to update these units, but it appears that nothing has been done in years. Clean with daily maid service. Broken door handles, missing shower bars, cracked linoleum counter tops. We stayed across the street from the main building in the condos but had access to the common areas including breakfast and hot tub. Coffee was out and food almost gone by 8:30. Only saw someone in charge one time and our neighbors tried to reach the staff without success during their stay. So much potential with just a little effort!

What a lovely place. My MIL and SILs and I spent 5 days/ 4 night at BCL in August for 'ladies vacation'. We were welcomed by a friendly hostess who showed us around the property and gave us a few brochures and provided a bit of an orientation to the town, including a tip to go to the local farmer's market, which ended up being one of the best farmers markets I've been to!

The suite was nice, with two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchenette and fireplace. While it's obvious that the building was renovated sometime in the 80s, the rooms were still charming and more importantly
