So Disappointing!!!
We were excited to stay at a property we found through pclodge.com-Identity properties.
Check in is late-4pm. After a couple hours of unloading and getting settled and getting ready for bed we found we had no hot water. It was late so waited and called and emailed in the morning. Didn’t hear back until the office was open after 9am. 1st morning of our vacation and plans for the day were on hold until we figured this out. Maintenance was out quick. They had to empty a closet of the owners belongings to access the crawl space where water heater was. Found out water heater

We had a wonderful experience staying in one of the slope-side units over New Year’s. The apartment was spacious and cozy, and more or less clean. The kitchen tools were just ok, but you can’t expect more than the basics in a rental. They brought us lots of extra towels when we asked, and the free shuttle service is convenient and works well.
The reason I would give this place 6 stars if I could is the quality of the owner of the management company. I had a late flight my last day, so I skied after checking out. They sent a porter to pick up my bags, and stored them for me during the day.
