The apartments are very nice staff is very friendly and gets most things done in a timely fashion the only down side to the complex is there’s only one dumpster for all the building it seems like because coming in and out where my an apartment is it looks so nasty with garbage Palled up on the outside of is and the people around here at like that where it belongs it makes u not want to have company or family bcus of that garbage looking so bad but that is the only downfall everything else I love

I absolutely love my apartment and the office workers are a awesome teams whenever you have a complaint they take care of it right away I had two complaint and they took care of it right away.
And the maintenance are on point whenever you put in a work order and even if you have a emergency they will come and take care it doesn't matter what time are day of night they come and care of all your needs.
And I will recommend anyone to become a tenant because it's a very clean and safe neighborhood and I have recommend one of my friend he are living here now and he love his apartment he is 88 years

I ABSOLUTELY love my unit!! It is so spacious and quiet! The team in the office as well as the maintenance crew are spectacular and very hands on, they are ready to assist with any and everything. I had a nice welcome box in the unit waiting on me! I feel at home!! Thanks so much for making my moving experience pleasant, professional, and easy. I most definitely recommend living here.

The Park at Devonshire has become my new home recently. I would definitely recommend to anyone. It's a welcoming environment at a reasonable cost. The office staff as well as the maintenance men are all wonderful! Everyone is very nice and work quickly providing response to your concerns. I've now been here 4 months and had no issues. The living space is fairly large for an apartment. It's a great place to now call home.
