The ladies in the office are so sweet, personable, and very professional. The maintenance guys are real gentleman. It is very quiet here. There was new carpet put in the apartment for me. I had no issues moving in. The one bedroom I am in is very spacious as well. I am very pleased with this apartment complex.

Nice location and the apartments aren’t terrible, but there’s a lot of issues. Within a month of us moving in, everything broke. And I mean everything. Faucets, ice maker, dishwasher, gutters outside falling off, etc. The things were never truly fixed either. It would last for a few weeks and then break again. There was even a time where the bathtub faucet had to be “repaired” four days in a row because they didn’t know what they were doing. Eventually, my boyfriend had to show the maintenance worker how to fix it. Downstairs neighbors were TERRIBLE. We made multiple complaints and the

They have been nothing but good to my family since we moved in our unit. Ms. Rebbeca has went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of for sure, And with Me being disabled means alot. I thought I would dislike being in an apartment but I was wrong and my neighbors are so sweet.

My spouse and I lived at Southwind from December 2015 until April 21st 2017 and loved it! The staff always took care of any problems that came up quickly. My spouse and I left when our lease ended, but we are going back there this month. The landlord and office staff are great! I would definitely recommend Southwind Apartments!
