My furnace was having issue kicking off, another place looked at it once, got it to work, then it died again. Since they told me the furnace was old, thought I would be replacing the furnace now for sure. A building inspector I know highly recommended Modern Heating. I called them to get an estimate for a replacement. They also suggested to have a technician check my furnace. Glad they suggested it, my old furnace is running fine for now, after they cleaned a flame sensor. I can postpone replacement a bit longer because of the honest staff at Modern Heating and technician who knows his product

My air conditioner failed right when hot weather moved in. I searched several contractors and none could replace AC for less than 2-3 weeks out. I had my 93 year old mother with me. Dave appreciated the urgency and was able to work around and get us done in a week. Great customer service.
