Horrible. They came in with a big fancy presentation and acted like they'd do a great job. I don't know a single person at my company that's happy with the service we've received. Like a previous review, multiple calls and emails to get someone to even respond. NOT FIX IT, just to respond. Pathetic, I hope my company switches to a new IT company asap.

So, ignore that 5 star review from an employee that works there. They have a great website that makes it sound like they are proactive. Every project goes wrong and the architects who have a title that makes it sound like they design for the future, but they get stuck and things fall apart. The management group oversells what they are capable of. And when we call for an issue, i can't get a person right then and there to help. They'll call us back. Sure they will. Or we'll call them back. Again. And again. And eventually, as long as it's not in the late afternoon when their entire staff leaves
