We have worked with PC LAN for years and have found them to be extremely professional, responsive and an all around great service. We have multiple locations and the crew at PC LAN seems to be able to offer a quick solution to whatever problem we bring them!! I work with Jeff Martin at PC Lan Services. His is simply the best. I am mostly computer/tech illiterate and I'm sure I call with pretty lame questions, yet Jeff is always polite, patient and professional. He is also very responsive which is really important for me. Like everyone else, when I have a computer issue I need a solution right then, not hours or days later. Jeff responds in minutes. Finally, Jeff has never failed to answer my question or solve my problem. I've worked with lots of IT professionals over my 40 year career and, like I said when I started this review, Jeff is the best.

Outsourcing my company IT department was essential and something that we needed to gain control of. With the fast changing environment and the need to constantly be upgrading hardware, software, and every other **ware we needed a company that would come in and become that person(s).
