I have enjoyed Simons' catering over the years through Art Omi, an artist retreat in the area. I have participated and returned for visits for the past decade, and returned for another extended visit this summer. Simons adjusted their approach to follow covid-19 guidelines. The food continues to be excellent and Mara and her team have been able to creatively accommodate everyone's specific dietary restrictions. A very pleasant experience!

This is not an easy review to write. I'll start with the positive. Mara blew us away at the tasting. The food was great, the prices were significantly under the other quotes we received and she was focused on local/sustainable food which we really cared about. The problem here is that Mara & her team over promised and significantly under delivered. The first disengagement I noticed was during planning about a month prior to the wedding when I could not get Mara to respond to my emails or phone calls. Our other vendors were also having a really difficult time engaging her for coordination
