I had an appointment today and was exposed to Covid so I called to cancel. After I got off the phone I believed everything to be ok. I later receive a voicemail that I will be charged 50% of the service. If they had let me know that I would have made arrangements for my daughter or someone I knew to take my appointment. When I called back as soon as I had a second to hear my voicemail they said the appointment was gone and I’d still have to pay. I am unhappy with this as if they had given me the option on the phone at least would have made arrangements not to waste money when I was just trying

Why did I not started taking better care of my skin sooner? I have been using Glow products since earlier this year, and more recently, I have been availing myself of skin care services. I cannot believe the difference in my skin. I trust Kate and her team with my skin. They are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their recommendations have yielded wonderful results. In fact, a friend recently said, "What are you doing? I'm going to start looking old next to you!" Get thee to Glow Beauty Bar!

Wonderfully inviting, modern spa! Kate has helped me tremendously with acne management - from knowing the right facials and chemical peels to do to getting me on an effective (and affordable!) at home regimen. It is clear she is knowledgeable and experienced in her field, and enjoys sharing this with clients to make sure you understand your skin. Also, if you’re going to book a massage, I recommend booking with Caishlyn! She truly puts thought and attention into every little detail to make sure it’s not only the best massage, but the best experience for you.

First and foremost, the salon and spa is absolutely gorgeous. It has such a warm feel and the staff enhance just that. (They offer wine too!) I have been seeing Kate for facials since summer of 2018...my skin has changed dramatically. Her skill is simply amazing and she is so helpful with products...they are always stocked with the best skin and hair care products. I literally do not buy anywhere else. Oh, she’s done my lash lift as well and OMG!!!

SO many great things about this modern, welcoming spa!
My girlfriends and I recently had a ladies night at Glow and it was everything we hoped for and more. Kate and her husband, Matt, went above and beyond and made our evening so much fun. We were given robes & slippers upon our arrival to change into for our services, and waiting for us was an amazing spread of cheeses, crackers & fruit in addition to red & white wines. We had picked our services in advance (SO many options to chose from) and Kate & Matt were so organized, always making sure everyone was having something done and not just waiting

I’ve loved every service I’ve ever had at Glow! I’ve been so happy with the results that I am always trying additional services each time I go in. I started going for spray tans at the Turners location and when the Florence location opened, I booked a color correction with Justin.
Justin transformed my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted. He educated me throughout the entire process and helped me achieve the best color I’ve ever had. 10 weeks after my initial appointment, my hair still looked amazing and required little maintenance.

Glow is a beautiful salon with a relaxing atmosphere! The staff is always friendly, personable, and fun. I always look forward to my appointments with Juli! She is amazing and the only person I trust with my hair enough to say "do what you want!" I always leave Glow feeling better than when I walked in -- and bonus, you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine while your stylist works his/her magic!

Glow Beauty Bar in Florence is a beautiful and relaxing spa. I have been frequenting Glow for 2 years and my skin looks amazing! Kate works her magic and keeps up to date with new skincare techniques. My skin has truly transformed. I trust her recommendations and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my skincare needs. All employees at this spa are friendly and professional and make this place a positive experience. I just recently saw Justin for a hair appointment and he was fantastic. I get a wax every month from GBBS & it’s always a great experience. The staff knows each of their clients really well so it always helps to know how someone’s hair grows. The studio itself is very calming and comfortable. When you walk in, you want to buy everything just because you feel at home. I’ve been seeing Kate for almost two years now and she is always on time and can always work me into her schedule when my work schedule collides. 10/10 would recommend to anybody. Anything you need, you can get it from Glow Beauty Bar South.
