Services
Green Wave Computer Recycling is based in Indianapolis, Indiana and provides recycling and refurbishment services to local, regional, and national customers. Let us provide you with a value-added service today! Millions of computers, laptops, monitors, printers, televisions, and other electronics become obsolete each year in the United States.
Whether you are business with a truckload of electronics or a homeowner with just a microwave, we have public drop off days where you can bring your old computers, laptops, televisions, and other electronic equipment to our facility. Items dropped off at our location on public drop off days are processed in the exact same secure, process that we use for our business and government clients.
Green Wave Computer Recycling is not just a collector of electronics, but also a recycler of electronics, which means that we dismantle or shred electronic items down to the commodity grade components for further processing.
The dismantling and shredding process produces various types of plastics, metals, precious metals, and other material that are then baled, combined, and/or flattened to be sent off for further processing in the United States or in Europe. For example, the plastic cases from computer monitors or printers are ground into small pieces to be utilized in the manufacturing of new products.

Easy to drop off old laptops, router, and other misc electronics and it didn't cost me a penny. In fact, the hardest part was finding where the drop off was. Waze took me to the wrong side of the building so I had to give them a call. The person I talked to was super helpful and even came out to make sure I was at the right place.

Called ahead, very friendly phone attendant answered quickly. Took 2 large printers over there, no fee. There was clear signage directing me, an attendant at the counter who carried in both printers with a smile. I didn't have to fill out or sign anything. Couldn't have been easier, faster, or friendlier. Thanks!

This company has the best staff/crew. I have gone there several times (without calling ahead) and they have always been ready to take my recycling components. As soon as you park they open the door and they help you unload everything and they are always nice.
Two of the staff went above and beyond to help me today. Thank you!

I've been cleaning out the accumulation of 25+ years of computer and related tech material. I've made two or three drop offs at Greenwave so far. Always have been greeted and thanked for my stuff. Always have had prompt answers to my phone questions about what can be accepted. So, two big ole Thumbs Up and a resounding "attaboy!". This is a good place to drop off your recyclable tech stuff. I'm working on the next load as I write this.
