I love living here I'm tired of getting lease violations over my grandkids supposedly doing something wrong I sit at the playground all the time with my grandkids all other kids no parents they say they don't have to have a parent because they are related to michelle the manager that is so unfair my kids get the blame for everything.

This facility is the cleanest and most well kept apartments I've experienced here in Roswell NM. Maintenance is very efficient and gets things done in a timely manner. Michelle who manages the complex is GREAT! I never have any issues here.

There are always unsupervised children running around. Some that are causing havoc and others that are desperate for attention trying to go into other people's homes. So dangerous. Then you have the crazy neighbor who likes to have late night drinking binges and yell at 12-2 AM on a week night. Or those who are driving in and out like they live on a highway. Other than that my immediate neighbors are great. Maintenance is ok. The view is beautiful. Really wish there was railing for the patios.

I've been living here for over a year. It is a nice and pleasant place to live in. Management is great! I have no complaints about this place.

Great management. My kids and I loved it. I left because I found a house. Seriously thinking about moving back... We were very comortable... I have lived in other apartments and they weren't as good as Briar Ridge...Also they give total privacy...

The manager Michelle Sanchez runs the place like you are a child, if someones kid does something, everyone loses rights, ie the pool, even though you pay for it in your rent. I hope she is no longer manager there!
