Spring River

Extremely thin walls. You can hear everything your neighbors do and I mean everything. My young daughter heard the kid upstairs doing the deed with his girlfriend.
Also, constant problem with people playing music extremely loud. You would think for the price you pay you would have a quiet environment but that's not the case here.
On a positive note the management is very nice.

Overpriced for the size. Often have trouble with ac/heat. Needs a better exterminator.

I needed a place asap, and was able to get the Apt...Kelly, and Isaac are awesome Landlords but Kelly left and it is Isaac and his other partners very great people including his whole team of workers could not ask for a better experience. I also felt safe there always not once did I worry about being there alone.

I have lived in Spring river apartment complex since July 2019. It has been a great place for us. It's quite an clean. All problems have been addressed within 24 hrs. Very beautiful place to live. So very thankful for the management a specially for Isaac and Britney!

I would not recommend to anybody to live here. For what you’re paying you expect quality and that is definitely not what you get. You’re assigned one single parking spot that may or may not be anywhere close to your apartment, and if anybody else parks in your spot they will not do anything about it and you’re SOL. So unless you enjoy walking a block and a half to your home every day and enjoy hearing the happenings of every other apartment next to you and above you through paper thin walls for double the rent of anywhere else in town, I would not recommend these housing facilities.

I keep trying to let people know about the management for these apartments and they keep getting deleted. The apartments are nice overall but management is ridiculous. If the manager Kelly Prior happens to not like you she will make your life a living hell. She will find any reason to be bothering you and constantly be checking on you. Frankly, it reminds me when I lived with my parents. I have never lived in such strict apartment, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. The apartments are nice but what you have to deal with is not worth it.

My name is Kelly Prior I am the manager for Spring River Apartments. My job as the manager is to ensure that the lease that was signed by the tenant is upheld. This ensures that Spring River continues to be a nice place to live.

Since my last one was deleted. The manager there is super crazy.. the walls are paper thin and she is known for going up to peoples doors and screaming at them for having the TV to loud. She is known for making up false neighbor complaints so that she can evict residence. Kelly is a miserable person who Picks and chooses who she wants to live in the complex. If you are white and she likes you then your life there will be peachy. Oh and as long as you keep your music and TV on your head phones.
