With brand-new construction, it features a loft, and a 222 square foot private deck.
You will receive check in instructions sent to your email. We offer a remote check in either directly at the property or with our office lockbox. Our office is located on 2500 N. Palm Canyon Dr. Ste B-5, Palm Springs CA 92262. Prior to any keys issued, you must be Paid in Full and have completed and turned in your Vacation Stay Agreement.

We had such a wonderful time at Polo Villa House #5!
My family of 10 inc 4 little ones enjoyed the beautiful pool, great room, big screen Tv and multiple bedrooms/ bathrooms. kitchen was really wonderful too!
Management team , mostly Natalya was very responsive and helpful throughout the process!

This home has the potential to be a charming Palm Springs getaway, It is spacious and could be great for a couple to get away. Its private and nearby to all the shopping districts. However the home is very out of date and not in the retro Palm Spring way. From the moment we arrived the home smelled old and not very clean. The master bed had hair in it and obviously had not been changed between visits. The counters were full of dust, dishes were filthy and the showers had someone else's hair in them as well as used, open shower products. The carpet was old and dingy. The pool was supposed to be

We stayed in Casa Lavender in Palm Desert. This was by far one of our best stays. The house is a hidden little gem with a private and beautiful courtyard into the front door of the house. Inside is a beautifully manicured house with a spacious kitchen with all you would need for a long stay if needed. All pots, dishes, dish wear and utensils included.
The back outside patio was a dream with a truly private nice pool and jacuzzi and plenty of seating. We can’t wait to come back.

Every employee was so helpful and easy to work with. They were all so accommodating to every one of our requests. They made us feel like they actually cared.
There were also so many little thoughtful details and amenities they added to the rental to make our stay more enjoyable and convenient. Checking in and checking out was also no hassle at all. Overall, I found my experience with them to be wonderful and by far superior to my past experiences with Airbnb.

Paula and team were amazing to work with. The whole process from beginning to end was extremely organized and easy. They were always accessible and responded to any questions within minutes of us reaching out to them. The two houses we stayed in were amazing. The houses were large and had great rooms where we could gather daily without feeling cramped. Everything was extremely clean and high-quality. We had a great time during the five days we stayed there. We will definitely return.

I utilized McLean Company for a recent two month rental in Palm Springs. The homes available in their portfolio appear to be of quality than many listed privately. The home we rented was exceptional. While exceptional, we did encounter a few minor issues during our stay. And for each issue, our McLean customer rep was responsive, understanding and most important, impactful in getting the issue resolved promptly. Everyone I encountered at the Palm Springs office was personable and always willing to help and meet expectations. I recommend this team and will use them again when renting in the area

I will never again do business with McLean Company. We were in a situation where we would need several months at a rental while our home is being renovated. I was abundantly clear from the start. Paula insisted that the owner hadn't had many rentals due to Covid, and that he'd likely be excited for such a booking. I have an e-mail and text messages stating that they were well aware of what they told me. Paula insisted that I must be the one who misunderstood.
They have put us in a position to have to move for the sixth time since the end of February. What

I rated them three stars as this neutral. Some might go lower but I thought I would give them the benefit. I have called three times and left messages for someone to call me regarding my rental. Apparently they are too busy to call me back to tell me their too busy. They came recommended by a friend who uses them. Too bad

Do not use this company! After having paid a large deposit on a condo for a month long rental, they informed us they had rented the same
condo to
someone
else and our reservation was cancelled.
When we
complained they told us a
mistake had been made and that employee had been fired.
Fast forward 2 years and the same thing happened to our friends! They had paid $1700, When they tried to prepay the balance 3
months in advance they were told that their reservation had been cancelled with no notice!
The condo had been rented to someone else!
They did not offer to find a
new place, did not apologize

Wonder why this company has low yelp stars and numerous complaints on BBB? The reason is because they are not professional and don't take customer service seriously. McLean manages a condo that was cleaned and serviced by their hired staff that caused major water damage in my Palm Springs condo. When I asked for their insurance numerous times they refused to provide it. What is the purpose of having insurance? Now I'll have to sue them. I recommend thinking twice before you interact with this company.

Spent four days at Polo Villa 9 . When I arrive I was told that I was on the property earlier than my checking in I assured them that I had got preapproval for early check in at 12 o'clock the lady on the phone insisted that that would not be possible due to COVID-19 I assured her that I had an email from one of their employees providing me with early check-in she didn't continue to ask if there was something else that I can go do because the place was not ready and they need to make sure everything was clean and ready to check in and that the lady she spoke with said they gave me a 1

My partner and I intended to stay for 10 days at one of the properties.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended for an additional 2 weeks. We would have stayed longer if we could!
Paula was great to deal with and got back to us fairly quickly. The house was spacious and clean and exactly as shown in the photos. I will definitely reach out to McLean co. the next time I'm planning to visit Palm Springs.

If I could give zero stars I would! We had booked two 6 bedrooms homes & paid in full! Then CoVid-19 came and we decided to do the right thing, and cancel. However McLean said no refund at all or options to push out our dates. It's times like this that we really see the true nature of people & companies! Thank you McLean! You showed your true colors!

It's amazing that this company remains in business with so many awful reviews on their site by both property owners and renters. Also amazing that the property managers haven't brought a class action suit against McLean Company. They have also been reported to the BBB and nothing done.
Do NOT list your property or rent anything from these people!!!!! Guessing it's a mom and pop biz, can't get any replies to email complaints, yet called to leave a message at 2:15AM , they answered and then hung up on me. Called next morning at 7am, again lady answer3d and hung up on me again

What a stunning 3 days we had at the Merv Griffen Estate, for our wedding, after 25 years together!
McLean Co., did everything they could to accommodate us, and were so receptive, to details, requests, and our needs to make us accessible for our 85 guests, and crew. All our guests were so impressed by the venue, and beauty of their accommodations, and Ashley, our contact at McLean, was always on point, present, and checking in on us.
We are already talking with family and friends on what our next event will be, so we can all come back!!

We just had our wedding at Colony 29 and it totally blew us away.
The whole space is so incredibly beautiful and meticulously maintained. Everyone from the staff at the office to groundskeepers were super helpful and pleasant.
The homes are all so unique and there are so many hidden beautiful spots on the property. There are stunning pools and tubs everywhere.
We used every inch of the property.
It truly was a dream location and we cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere else. Doesn't get any better than Colony 29.

I rented a condo from McLean for a year. Upon move out, I cleaned the place better than their cleaner did; prior to move in. I even took pictures and sent to Kelly, yet from my deposit was a $60 deduction ($15 for 1 vanity bulb ($3 retail) and $45 to wipe down a door and a wall).
