Acme House

The Wexler House house is beautiful and spacious with great swimming pool and cabana with fire pit, dining table seats 12. There is plenty of privacy, and great location (easy access to downtown). Cleaning is immaculate with attention to detail. This is a very high-end rental with all the amenities provided including bath soaps and shampoos, coffee, and creamer, plenty of board games, and even a bottle of wine.

We loved our stay in Risky Business—such a great house, conveniently located in a nice area and furnished with everything we could possibly need. It has clean, colorful design throughout, multiple areas indoors and out for eating together and just lounging around, comfortable bedrooms, and an irresistible pool/spa with views of treetops and mountains. All this made for a completely satisfying visit. Even though a few other guests had commented on some street noise, it seemed super quiet to us. We're eager to get back to Palm Springs and definitely will try to stay here again.

We stayed at Happy Hour in January 2022. It was a perfect house for rest and relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to the Palm Springs scene. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The house was roomy, comfortable and had all the amenities we could need. The salt water pool and hot tub were definitely a highlight!! Working with Acme was really smooth and easy. We can't wait to come back to Palm Springs and hopefully stay at Happy Hour again!

Papillon Palm Springs is a fabulous house. Well equipped with everything you need. Our family of six enjoyed a beautiful Christmas in the home. Cute, mid century vibe throughout… Backyard pool and hot tub is a lovely oasis. Location is perfect…great neighborhood with a spacious park nearby. 4 minute drive to downtown shops and restaurants. Palm Springs aerial tramway is super close by as well.

The My Way house was exactly as advertised! It’s stylish, well-appointed, and very clean. It was a perfect spot for our family with comfortable beds & linens, stocked kitchen, as well as lots of pool towels for the heated pool and games for the kids. While not walking distance to the heart of downtown, it was less than a 10 minute drive there and very close to a large grocery and a Starbucks (a bonus in my book!). We did make a couple of inquiries to Acme during our stay, they were very responsive and professional. I’d definitely recommend this house to others.

The Chi Chi house is a fantastic mid century home, located close to downtown Palm Springs. House is large and comfortably accommodated 5 adults. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. The house has a nice yard, with a bbq and gorgeous pool. We had an issue with the pool heater but it was quickly addressed and remedied by the rental company, who responded quickly to any questions we had. Everyone we had contact with was super professional and friendly. Great home, great company..... 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

We had an amazing stay at San Jacinto Hacienda. The backyard was so perfect that we chose to just spend our afternoons in the backyard playing games (bocce ball, corn hole, ping pong) or just relax in the pool with the wonderful view of San Jacinto and enjoyed all of the humming birds, butterflies and even had a road runner visit us one afternoon. The house itself is really nice and has been remodeled with really high end finishings, think Viking oven, dishwasher, etc. We will definitely be back here on our next visit to Palm Springs.

We stayed at the 2019 West Elm property and it was spectacular. The house was absolutely gorgeous and well appointed. We had everything we could need. And when we needed anything else, Acme sent a team member over right away. They were very professional and courteous. We will definitely be renting from Acme again for future trips.

We booked through VRBO, paid in full including purchasing CSA damage protection policy for coverage. I rec'd an email from ACME property management company telling me that I needed to complete their rental agreement and they want the right to charge my credit card for damages. If I refuse to allow them to charge my credit card then I automatically give them the right to put a $5K deposit hold on my credit card which would be released after the house is inspected. In calling ACME I spoke with a rep who told me I had already paid for "their insurance" and it's only for $2K

We have stayed at The Nest in Palm Springs twice. Love the house. ACME was easy to work with, very responsive and the maintenance on the house is great.
The Nest is a 2 BR/2 Bath home with an amazing backyard. Pool, hot tub, seating area with fire pit, pool lounge chairs, outdoor dining area and mix of sun and shade throughout the day. Great central location just south of downtown off Palm Canyon DR.
We will definitely be back!

'Marcia! Marcia! Marcia!' was the perfect home for our Brady Bunch of 8. We were so enamored with the house, we barely left. The ACME staff were welcoming, provided details for every aspect of the house and were quick to respond to any communication.

We've stayed in almost a dozen homes in the area, and Marcia! Marcia! Marcia! will be at the top of our list next time we're in Palm Springs. We can't recommended it, and the ACME team, highly enough.

My son and I stayed at the Double Down Hideaway in Palm Springs for a week in January 2021. We were quarantining away from my husband who was working in a covid high risk area at the time. What a lucky find! We love this condo! It had everything you need to cook with and then some. My son did distance learning for the week and the internet was perfect. Super clean fresh sheets and beds comfortable. We walked into town each day, even the rain didn't stop us! Very close to shops and food delivery was easy. Had a more than fantastic stay at their 'Hilltop Haven' property in the Tuscany neighborhood! Met our expectations and then some. The photos they have listed for it, present exactly what you can expect. Highly appreciated the thought put into stocking the kitchen, I brought items I felt were a little obscure and they already had them there. I booked through acme, my second time. Although we had a couple of snags, their management fixed and continued to follow up to make sure everything was resolved. We even called as we were lacking a few baking supplies (on a Sunday) and within a few hours new baking supplies were dropped at our door. We appreciated that attention. We go to Palm Springs a few times a year and will definitely book w them again.

The family found a nice getaway property just outside of downtown Palm Springs. ACME was subcontracted through Marriott Homes and Villas. They were very thorough with making sure contactless check-in went smooth with consistent emails with key information like codes and procedures. The property was immaculately prepared for our arrival. They would also check in via text messaging to see how we were doing and remind us of heat warnings. Would definitely go with them again.
My only feedback would be to let people know who is texting with them to increase the personalized communication.

We reserved a house during March in order to do some site checks on a place that we are building in Palm Springs. When the virus became an issue, they asked us to reschedule to a later date. Since we still hoped to do the site check, we rescheduled for April, which also turned out to be impossible, due to the City's ban on vacation rentals at that time.

I asked for a refund, which they have promptly issued, after I first tried - without success - to recover the rental fees from a travel insurance company. We have rented from Acme before and had a great experience. This time, oddly enough

Had a great experience staying at Canary Palms in the Sunrise Park neighborhood of Palm Springs.
We stayed for Thanksgiving and it was perfect even though the weather wasn't good. The house and neighborhood are all mid century modern and I love this look and decor.


The fully fenced in yard is spacious and great for dining outside, hanging by the pool or fire pit and also good for dogs to play. The interior was very spacious for 4 people. There is a sunroom off the pool and the garage is converted to a laundry room with a ping pong table and seating to hang out and play cards or a board

Can't say enough about this very private location near downtown. We enjoyed a couples long weekend celebrating a 50th birthday. Decor was on point and there's tons of room. We were happy to have a king size bed in each room too. We wanted to be close to town for nightlife, which was just two miles away. Perfect location!

Small complaint would be not being able to listen to music by the pool. This should really be changed up considering you can hear kids playing outside for recess and neighbors using their chainsaw. I'm thinking quiet music should be able to be played personally

We recently rented the Three Amigos house in Palm Springs for 4 days, and although this is an annual trip, it was our first experience with ACME Property Mgmt.
It was incredibly seamless and they were very responsive prior to our arrival, and I'd love to acknowledge Renee and Anne for their fantastic level of professionalism and answering all my benign questions upfront.

My only issue that I sited directly with them is that they only provided one towel per guest for 5 days and 4 nights. The desert is windy and dust flies this time of year. The house did have a washer/dryer, however washing
