The Bouquet Shop of Orrville did the flowers for our January wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous! The team was so easy to work with, from our initial planning meeting, to the week of the wedding when I called twice to adjust our drop-off time. The team are experts and helped me choose the perfect flowers, and had amazing suggestions. My bridal bouquet, my bridesmaid bouquets, the groomsmen and father/grandfather boutonnières, the mother/grandmother corsage, and our bouquet for the holy family exceeded expectations. What an amazing example of great customer service. I live in another state and have used The Bouquet Shop before. Today, having let time get away from me in this crazy pandemic, I needed a birthday delivery for my dear friend by tomorrow. I called The Bouquet Shop and left a message. Every other florist in the area was listed online as "Closed" at… 2:00pm on a Saturday. Another florist told me I missed the same day delivery cut off by 20 mins😑. 10 mins later The Bouquet Shop returned my call, and agreed to deliver by the afternoon. Tom and his team were my favorite vendor to work with. They took a few inspiration pictures, colors and flower types and turned it into the most beautiful bouquets. My flowers were insanely gorgeous. They were kind in patient during delivery. They also made me an awesome hair piece! Truly experts!

Called in to place a delivery order for my wife's birthday. I didn't know exactly what to send her and the woman florist that I talked to was extremely helpful in choosing what to send her. Tom was amazing to work with for my summer wedding! I was not able to find an exact photo for the images I had for my wedding and allowed him to have creative discretion based off only colors I'd shown him. The results were fabulous!!!

Have ordered from here the last 3 years. This year, the arrangement my mother received looked like they literally threw four pink and purple plants in a dollar store basket. Years prior had been so beautiful, I checked allow substitutions. Never again. $70 for an unprofessional and ugly display. Not the Mother’s Day Gift one hopes for.

I made a call at 3:30 with a request for inspiration to surprise my daughter with a corsage for a daddy-daughter date (the first of many). The young lady was helpful on the phone with multiple options and she assured me she could get it done by 5 so I could take it home that day. I told her a few of my daughter's preferences and told the young lady that I trusted her creative freedom. I was so impressed when I picked up this perfect little corsage and she even tightened the wristlet so it would fit my little girl. I stopped into The Bouquet Shop to get flowers for my mother's birthday, not really knowing exactly what I wanted. I found a small arrangement in the cooler I liked, and the young lady helping me informed me that they were a little old so she would redo the arrangement for me from scratch and add anything else I would like to it. Both her and the other young woman went way above and beyond looking for just the right pieces and colors to make my arrangement look absolutely perfect, and truly made me feel like a valued person, not just another customer. My daughter ordered a boutonniere from here for Prom and it was the best one I have seen! They did exactly what my daughter asked for, and paid attention to details. Her Corsage came from there as well and is was beautiful. Thank you for a job well done!!
