Called Friday morning ordered flowers for delivery Saturday(24 Red Roses), and delivery Monday (24 Purple Roses). This order cost $212.
I ordered these because I was away in Miami on business, and I wanted my girlfriend to know she was loved over the weekend and the following few days I was gone…
Canes didn’t deliver the flowers arranged for Saturday, they left me and my girlfriend both voice mails, then didn’t return a call….
They delivered both orders on Monday… unacceptable in my opinion.

I had to buy a bouquet last minute for a funeral visitation later the same day. I got up early California time to order the flowers in time, so I'm not sure how coherent I was. However, the woman who helped me order the flowers was very friendly and helpful. I told her what I wanted and what I would leave up to the shop to decide. I had a couple colors in mind but didn't know what flowers would go well with what, how much certain flowers would cost, what they had on hand, etc. I just had to trust they'd put together a nice bouquet going off what I wanted. Excellent service! I called in an order for same day flowers and the bouquet was perfect. I even asked for an unusual color (turquoise) and they were able to put together a lovely flower vase with beautiful accents! Thank you so much Caines, it's sometimes worrisome to work with a florist you are not familiar with and you did not let me down!

Caine's saves me when I am in a pinch. By 'pinch' I mean when I forget to send my mom or my sister a birthday, Christmas or holiday gift. It's not always possible to drive 6+ hours to be there for every milestone but it's pretty easy to send my presence in the form of flowers or a gift.
While I generally just pick the basic flower arrangement they would never know it by what comes delivered to their homes. Caine's always seems to deliver beautiful flowers that hit the spot, brighten the room and cheer up the soul. I feel like the flowers always end up looking
