I needed a tire after evacuating for Hurricane Ida. I was not familiar with the Houston area, so I searched online for a tire service that would come to me. I called gave them my tire info and they said they would be over shortly. He made it to the hotel, took care of business, very fast and efficient. Would recommend this business over and over again. This guy came to me and took advantage of me in my time of need. I purchased a tire from him size 205-65-16 he placed a different size tire on my car which was unsafe for driving them left quickly. I noticed that he was acting weird, with nervous hands as i paid him. When I pulled my car into the yard, my collision sensor was on and the car made a horrible scrubbing sound. Therefore, I drove to Discount Tires and they notified me of the wrong size. I called him, he spoke to me in a rude manner about how he gave me what he had. When I put the Discount Tires professional on the phone, he was rude

Awesome customer service. They were able to get to me quickly, do the repair in a few minutes, and were reasonably priced as well! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. James made sure he communicated with me about everything from arrival time to pricing. Don’t think about calling anyone else- this company is great.
