Yes, we prefer that you make an appointment so we can make sure one of our consultants are available to assist you. An appointment will also guarantee you a fitting room and seating for your guests. Each bridal appointment is 90 minutes long. This allows you enough time to browse through our wedding dresses, try on eight to ten gowns, narrow down your selection and make a confident decision on which dress is "the one."

We went to Brides & Weddings today to look for a wedding dress for my daughter. We had a GREAT experience! I would highly recommend them for any bridal or prom dress. Our consultant, Lisa, was amazing! She was knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect dress! The store is bright and beautiful! I am so pleased that we made the trip to Manchester! It was well worth it!

Brides and Weddings by far has the best customer service of any of the bridal shops I’ve been to. The ladies were very helpful, knew when to give suggestions and knew when to just let me have fun trying on all of the different styles. They are so sweet they even sent me a hand written post card after my appointment! Very impressed! Brides and weddings carries great styles, I didn’t think I would fall in love with a dress at the first store I went to. Needless to say I thought it over and brought my bridesmaids back to say yes to the dress!

Mother of the bride here. What a fantastic experience for my daughter, her friends and myself. First off, my daughter had an appointment with another store who cancelled her appointment at the last minute. Anyone planning this knows how hard it is to get everone’s schedules to sync for this type of dress search. She had her appointment here for her girls and Brides and Weddings were so accommodating to squeeze my daughter in after the girls found perfect dresses for the wedding. She found her perfect dress here too! Great staff, great setting, fun day for all of us!
