The entire Hubble Home's home buying process from start to finish was very smooth. From the showroom staff to the construction superintendent Rob. We had the very best experience from our sales associate Katie. She made us feel very welcome and made sure everything went good until the day we moved in. She went the extra mile! After many minor issues with our home, and regularly dealing with the stress of warranty, we had a major A/C issue. Our house was 90 degrees and more on days. Warranty said because we installed a nest they believe it was our fault and saw nothing on their end wrong with the system during trouble shooting. They never went in the attic, but weather cooled and I though them resting the breaker worked. It didn't work, and I came home to my dog hardly breathing and foaming because he was locked in a house at 92 degrees while I was at work. Again, hubble did nothing. Told me maybe they could get

Love our home, but the Franklin Village community itself is seriously lacking. we put a ton of money into our new home and we should be living in a brand new, well kept, nicely landscaped subdivision. unfortunately that is not the case. especially in the summer the community looks like trash. The HOA fees are extremely high and keep raising, but we get nothing! despite numerous complaints to the HOA from myself and neighbors about the condition of most homes/yards INCLUDING the common areas and front landscaping which is their responsibly to maintain, absolutely nothing is done. we are also

Awesome home... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Prior to buying the newly built hubble home we built through CBH. The idea of buying a new construction but not going through the building process was ideal for us. We found the home we loved. It was our dream home. Yet, the process to buy it was nowhere close to the dream. From not hearing back on offers in 5 days and then being told we had 24hrs or less to respond... Not being able to contact a single person for days on end in regards to issues that were arising on their end, and then just being all around treated like a number was DISGUSTING. They
