Services
Pollution Technology was originally formed as an LLC in January of 2004 by Jim Fleischmann with a focus on air quality and hazardous waste compliance.
By that point, Mr. Fleischmann had 27 years experience as a permitting and compliance manager working with a wide array of industry sectors both as a compliance consultant, air quality monitor and as an air permit writer/air dispersion modeler for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (W-DNR).

Pollution Technology Inc. offers a wide range of ecology expertise, with an emphasis on providing Wisconsin businesses with valuable professional environmental services and products. We have the training and experience to efficiently tackle major emissions testing and other audits and assure that our permits and reporting meets the expectations of state and federal regulators.
Air permits are issued under the provisions of the Clean Air Act (CAA) by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and covers 'construction' and/or 'operation' after construction is complete. The type of permit a facility receives is based upon a facility's actual, potential-controlled (PTE), or maximum-uncontrolled emission rates (MTE, using emissions testing results expressed in tons per year).
