My friend stopped driving a couple years ago when he turned 85 and has been using Best Taxi, and recommended them to me last month. I've used them four times for PHL (Airport) transport and service has been reliable, prompt, and worth the extra $$ over Uber or Lyft. The driver has always been at my condo 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup for early morning departure. Last Saturday we came back to PHL (1/14/22) from Palm Beach, Fl around 5:15 pm. The driver called and texted us to let us know he was waiting in a White Lincoln, clear instructions of meeting place, and we found his car

Called the late in the evening about an airport shuttle service. The driver, a man named Carl came early to our residence and waited in the driveway 15 minutes prior to pickup. When I emerged from our home 2-3 minutes before the pickup, he quickly came to the door an assisted with our luggage and do so on his own initiative. Conversation was friendly, he drove reasonable and go us to our location. He then unloaded the luggage with a smile on his face. You can see my other reviews, I give from 1 to 5 stars all the time and I give this a 5 star review for service. Car was an older Lincoln, but clean

I'm downgrading this one a bit. Service is still timely and generally fine, but my last couple of drivers were a bit weird. One spent a good ten minutes telling me about how he avoids paying child support by taking under the table jobs...that's just not appropriate. Another tried to convince me to start looking into various holistic health cures. They were both very friendly, but I was just not looking for that kind of engagement.

I have been a customer for several years and am never unhappy! They are safe drivers and get you where you need to go quickly. I use them mostly for airport transportation because they have a large suv that fits my whole family and all of our luggage! And long rides to JFK are smooth and comfortable! Prices are great too!

Garry is the best. I have been using Best Taxi since we moved to Cherry Hill. I have always received prompt and friendly service. Every driver has always been either a few minutes early or on time and very personable. I also feel very safe with his drivers and never hesitate to call Garry. I feel so grateful for his service.

I am 350 miles away from my Mom. I arranged a ride for her for an appointment. The dispatcher was friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Carl got my Mom to her appointment very promptly and Al returned my Mom home safe and sound. Both gentlemen were patient, courteous (walking Mom to the car and to the door) and extremely professional. My mom had high praises. This service is unreliable, I will not call them again. I called to reserve a cab to arrive in one hour and gave my information, and the reservation was confirmed. When the cab was a few minutes late I called back to verify my reservation and was told the driver would pick me up momentarily, he did not, and I missed my class as was too late for me to make other arrangements.

We reserve this taxi service for New Years Eve for 4 of us from Delaware Ave to New Jersey a week in advance. They said tell us what time you want to be pick up and we will be there around 15 to 20 min around that time. We told them to pick us up at 12:45 and we called them at that time and they said they were on their way. We kept calling the rest of the night and they still kept saying they were on there way and to Give them 20 minutes. A few times we called noone pick up the phone so we left a message. Great service! We went into the city for a girls night out and had a great driver he showed up a few minutes early but didnt get mad when we made him wait 10 minutes past our pick up time. Our driver Ray knew where he was going and had us all laughing on the way. He also arranged our ride home and was exactly where he said he would be. I will be using best taxi again for sure.

This taxi service SUCKS. I commut from fishtown in Philly to Cherry Hill every day. Usually I take the patco and bike but it was particularly hot and I was running a bit late so I called this cab service while I was waiting for the el train IN PHILLY. I said I'd be at the westmont station on 25 minutea, he said he would be there waiting. 50 minutes later he showed up after me calling 3 times asking where he was. His reply "only a few minutes away". Thanks for making me extra late and not apologizing. I was better of biking and sweating.
