Excellent service! I contacted them about a month in advance to arrange for transportation to and from Philadelphia airport, as well as to and from the Phillies game. Harold checked in with me the day before our arrival to confirm all plans and pricing. Bernard picked us up late Friday night from the airport and was so welcoming and friendly. Bruce took us to and from the game, he was personable and took us nearly to the entrance and picked us up in the same spot so there was no confusion (we had used Uber to and from the Eagles game and it was definitely not as convenient and basically the

Called in July for an October trip to JFK. I was told to call back the beginning of October. I called October 5 and was told he was driving and he would call me back the next day. That was 9 days ago. I'm not chasing after him. At this point I'm not comfortable with his reliability and chose another company.

Prompt, responsive and accomodating. What more could you ask for? Both vehicles we used were in pristine condition. The price was reasonable for transport for Newark International, we didnt have to worry about driving or parking and all that stuff that can really stress you out when your travel. We will definitely use again!

I've used Ernie's Airport Transportation about 4 times in the last year. Three times were for business travel out of Philadelphia International Airport, and one time was for our Honeymoon flight out of Newark Liberty International Airport. All three drivers I encountered were professional, courteous, and EARLY (Harold, Bruce, and Bernard). Their fees are reasonable and their cars are always spotless.
Uber plays a large part in my personal life (ooooh, we love Happy Hour!), but there is no way I am trusting an Uber driver to get me to the airport on time. Ernie

I have used this company for airport transportation numerous times for the past 3 years, and always had a good experience. We've had a few different drivers, but they were all prompt and professional. My husband and I first used this service when it was just the two of us, and later when we had two kids. The drivers are always patient while we installed car seats, ensuring we got to and from the airport safely. I usually called a few weeks ahead of time to book. I read about Ernie's Airport Transportation on Yelp! when looking for car to take us to Newark Airport. Harold contacted me shortly after calling him and quoted a very fair price to take the four of us round trip. Harold arrived before he was scheduled. He safely and quickly negotiated the NJ Turnpike and the windy back roads to get to our hotel. Thanks to his effecient driving and easy conversation, we were there before we knew it. Was impressed at first, however, last time I called Harold answered but was too busy and was not sure if he can call me back by noon. Seriously? I called a competitor and they were happy to have my business and scheduled the ride to the airport ASAP. Not impressed ... Please note this happened twice so while I understand circumstances, to happen twice is not going to fly. In addition, that was never explained to me so I still stand by my comments since this happened twice. Too many other companies that would not speak to their customers like that!

I've been using Ernie's twice a week to get me to and from the airport/train station for almost one year, and they have never been late. That's over one hundred trips through snowstorms, delayed flights, traffic, etc.

I used Ernie's on a recent trip (March 2014) to Newark airport. The driver was prompt and on time with the pick-up in Voorhees NJ. He loaded our luggage into the trunk and waved us off as we tried to assist. I guess our ages showed as he did not want to burden us with handling the luggage (one bag weighed 60 pounds). He was very personal and safe driver, keeping within all speed limits.
