Can anyone recommend someone to fix a bad fence installation that Reliable Fence of Ashland put in last summer? After ignoring several emails I finally got them on the phone and they said it’s not their responsibility to make sure the fence adequately contains my dogs. And that they wouldn’t come back and fix a latch that is now broken for the second time in four months. I was advised I should have read the fine print. Literally, that’s what he said. My Yorkie rescue is getting out from under this $6,000 fence. These people are horrible business people. I pointed out when they were here that

Just had a vinyl fence installed. Process couldnt have been easier. Install was done smoothly and the installers were great. Not sure what's going on with these other reviews. I know, given the current stay at home culture, that demand for fencing is extremely high. Also, raw materials for chain link and lumber are in short supply as well. I'd highly recommend this company and honestly, given the demand you may need to wait to have your job or estimate done.

They were quick to provide a quote $10.5k including installation for 180 6' tall fence with multiple doors. That was the quote. We asked that they leave 3 panels uninstalled as we were having yard work. They said no problem they would come back to complete the installation. Then they stiffed us for $580 for a reinstall. On top of that the fence is crooked and the doors not installed properly (not aligned). This quote and over payment is consistent with many reviews.

In February 2019, we hired Reliable Fence to install a new section of chain-link fence, but also to walk our property and "dog-proof" our existing fence - in other words, to look for any gaps that a small dog could get under or through and fill them. Several areas were patched, but after the job was completed we noticed a large gap that we felt should have been addressed in the dog-proofing and emailed a photo of the spot to them, asking if they could stop by and patch it at their convenience. At another property - Reliable did A neighbors fence. Drove across another neighbors yard (Front and Back Yard) to get there without permission and upset them. My side of fence is not straight and comes out and over on my property. Survey markers only a short distance from each other and very easy to see that the fence crosses over. The installers took the easy way out by going out and around tree roots. Made a call to company and was told they do that with the permission of the person with they have the contract with. Nice to know you can put a fence up on another persons property without asking

Regarding Reliable Fence.....I've had an excellent experience with them. Got a straightforward quote, no hidden costs. The wait time for installation was a few weeks, but I was replacing a twenty year old rotten fence so was ok looking forward to the makeover. The workers who did the job were organized and although they had to disturb landscaping for the installation, everything was left as they found it afterwards. They were efficient and faster than I expected getting the job done. We chose the simplest, least expensive wood product because it fit our needs best. The fence is beautiful and

I was very pleased with the work that was done by Reliable Fence. The price was fair, the installation was done in a timely manner. The installers showed up on time and ready to work.
I called up Reliable Fence towards the end of December to obtain an estimate on installing about 150' of stockade fence along with a standard gate and an 8 foot gate. I thought they would be unable to install the fence anytime soon as the ground was frozen and snow had fallen.

BUYER BEWARE. They installed my fence INCORRECTLY and then BLAMED IT ON ME. Before installation, they come to draw up a contract based on where you would like your fence. The gentleman came, we discussed, and he drew a picture of my property and the precise location of where I wanted the fence. The job was about as easy as it gets, i just wanted 14 feet of fence to close a gap between 2 structures. The installers came, I showed them the gap, they then put up the fence but moved it over several inches so part of the fence was actually behind one of the structures, resulting in it not closing the

I wish I had known about yelp a couple of years ago! The work done by this company is horrible! They partially fill the holes of each poles, they just fill the top section to make them appear full; luckily we received rain in the evening of the same day when they completed the work when I discovered that the water from the rain had sunk the cement filling to the bottom of the poles which left each poles needing at least 8 inches of cement left to fill! A 20 foot section of my chain link fence was bent and/or destroyed by snow and plows this winter. I called several fence companies on the Northshore for estimates and prices were exorbitant.
The chain link fence stock at Lowe's and Home Depot was less than desirable. A good friend of mine recommended Reliable Fence Metrowest which is close to my office. The sales staff at Reliable was extremely helpful and explained to me the difference between their chain link stock (square size, gauge, and material). I was pick up some black chain link fence stock on the spot at a price point
