I've used Metrowest several times over the past 20 years and have always put up with the owner's idiosyncrasies, kept them to myself and happily paid for the services because the installation was good and at a fair price. Each time though the owner gets more grumpy (he yelled at my wife when she asked him a question and made her cry), the response time gets longer and longer, and their quality is going down while their price is going up. This last time will be the last time.

Quality of worksmanship was OK (fence needs some repair/TLC after 2 years though) but not great. You get what you pay for.

My biggest complaint is responsiveness because it took 4 phone calls to get a return call! Good thing I was not in a hurry...

We have been gathering quotes for a fence for at least four months. Saw MetroWest sign on a neighbor's lawn and decided to go for one more quote. He called back within 12 hours and I had the most competitive quote in my hand within 48 hours. Good installation: clean job: beautiful fence! Call them!!
