Bob specializes in civil and structural design for retail centers and multi-acre development projects, and land development permitting in the State of Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Virginia, Nebraska, New Mexico West Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
Clark Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology from the University of Central Florida and is the Managing Director of the Central Florida office.He is Director of Engineering at LIS, and has over 33 years managing projects in the retail and food service sectors for national brand clients.
