Everyone who had a job to do was doing it. Superfan in the back office with signed sports jerseys as far as the eye can see. Comedian at the front desk rivaling SNL. Garage Workers very professional, ie "Sir" & Ma'am". Bathroom was very clean and presentable. 2 full vending machines, 1 with food, 1 with drinks. Very good prices EVEN AFTER working with you through what you really need for your vehicle. I recommend ACE! Good job!

It took me 2 months to find tires for brand new 2021 Bronco. Nobody had the tires I wanted in stock anywhere. I called Bryan at Ace Tire and in 3 days he had a set of Toyos delivered to my business. and he was $50.00 cheaper per tire anywhere online that had tires. I don't know how but they did it. What a turn around!! Just came back from ACE Tire, and got a great deal on 4 new tires, and wheel alignment. I received a call from Edwin at ACE Tire yesterday, and he apologized for how I was treated on my last visit, then offered me an awesome deal; which I'm happy to say, it came along with a great service. Manager here at this place has no business being the manager, very unorganized, she talk to customer very rudely. She over working Truck unloaders while veterans workers sittt around watching. I feel really bad for her workers, that's just trying to make a living for there family's. The Owners need to take a strong look at how they're picking there supervisor and managers. This place is amazing, Edwin always take care of our cars! They are reasonably priced, great tire pricing and very honest mechanics!! They fix things very well too!!

We had to leave my car there the whole day.at the end of the day they call that they couldn't fix the tire.So basically I lost the whole day meanwhile I could figure something else out.
Then I go with the other car,leave it there,they tell me to come back at 5 and then they never even started on my car.
This is not professional.
If you know that you don't have time,make an appointment at some other moment when you do have time.

How you can call yourself professional... if only 2 weeks later I found out that this "girls" putted 41 PSI in my new tires instead of 33 PSI ... and couldn't fix my alignment just buy saying - it's Rebuilt title, we can fix it !
So 7 years it was possible , and now because not !

Ask for Brian, Edwin or "Nips" and tell them Phil sent you. It won't get you a discount but might get you a laugh and ease the wait time. I was fortunate to have an "inside man" for the red carpet treatment, but in truth, everyone going in & out of those doors, as customers, vendors and employees, had smiles on their faces and felt at home. The place was buzzing with busy-ness, but it never felt chaotic. Heard a whole lot of please, thank you, "oh man thank you so much", and that says a lot when you hear that as people are leaving with their cars. My son's car was handled with care and instructions

I bought some tires and had an alignment done and 5 months later my tires threads are very low and my steering wheel was incorrectly aligned.

I don't recommend these guys and steer clear of possible. The work done was very bad.

I was there on 5-22-20 for four new tires that I was quoted a price for a couple of days before by Michael. I arrived at 10:00 am and left at 2:00 pm. If you don't have a half day to waste go somewhere else. For me the $44.00 savings was not worth the four hour wait. I don't know why it took four hours to do the job when there were only three customers in the waiting area when I arrived.

Couldnt be happier. Came in thinking my car needed a-lot of work done and was expecting to spend an arm and a leg on repairs but thanks to Edwin i saved big time. Honesty is not easy to find in many shops but they were very professional and so transparent i couldn’t be happier

Got a flat tire when I was driving at Palmeto on a very rainy day. Googled address got there and in 10 minutes everything was solved. Great!!!

Came to ACE to purchase tires and balance and alignment and this place is so pristine clean, professional, they quoted me very fair price . The waiting area clean and they offered coffee when I arrived. Michael (owner/manager) came introduced himself incredibly professional and took care of everything. I am loyal for life. If there were 10 stars they would have it. Being a female, all of these factors are important.

Got four new tires and alignment done here. Drove off and noticed alignment was off. Brought back and "re-aligned", after driving off noticed alignment was still off. Didn't bother taking it back. The person helping me was having a simultaneous conversation w/ another mechanic and a customer on the phone to the point where I didn't know who he was talking to 80% of the time, the mechanic, person on the phone, myself or the guy next to him. It seemed he wanted to get rid of me fast.

Never coming here again. This is another business which slogan should be "taking your money

Been coming here for over 10 yrs. Was originally told about them as a tip from a trusted mechanic. He ordered all his tires from them. I remember when they were at their old location a few blocks away from where they are now. Back then they only sold tires. Didn't install or anything. Now they've expanded to a full service tire shop, offering alignments and even oil changes.
