The guys-all of them-at Covalt Floor leveling were amazing to work with. Super responsive and communicative. We had a lot of last minute changes to our availability and Tanner and team were very helpful at getting everything scheduled in task.

I would highly recommend this company. They leveled 2400 sq ft of my home. Bohn did an excellent job. Bohn was very accommodating answered all our questions and helped with issues we had from previous contractors. Answered all our calls and always on time. Would definitely use Bohn and Covalt Leveling again if I need any more work done!!

What started as a catastrophe ended in a blessing thanks to Covalt and their team. I was working at a home to replace their flooring. As I removed the tile I found their foundation to be in very bad shape. It needed to be repaired before I could lay the new flooring. Tanner was so great and even responded to my request on a Labor Day weekend. He himself took on the job and made sure it was done to the best of my satisfaction. I just recently moved back to San Clemente from Florida. I purchased a fixed upper in Dana Point and honestly, I had not realized what I got myself into. I just began the process of remodeling my house. I removed the original flooring because I am looking to install luxury vinyl plank. I thought it would be an easy install , however the company I had chosen to install the vinyl plank told me that my sub floor was severely out of tolerance and would have to get my floors leveled first. Overall my experience with Covalt Flooring was beyond my expectations! Tanner was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I needed Covalt to level a 300 sqft room to put hardwood down. I advised them that I thought there was a crown down the middle of the room but Moses said it sloped back to front. So they “level” the floors, and after the wood floor guy installs the floors, there is 1/4-1/2” gap between the baseboards and wood floor on one end of the room on either side. I have an 8’ long piece of flat furniture across the room and you can also obviously see that there it is high in the middle and low on both sides where they didn’t level the floors on that side of the room. In my recent dealing with Covalt floor leveling I found them to be the epitome of professionalism. They were on time, clean, and thorough. When it came to my limited knowledge of the project Bohn really spent the time explaining to me every step in an easily comprehensible manner. When dealing with flooring construction it’s usually quite the hassle but Covalt floor leveling made it as painless as possible. The entire Covalt team is very accommodating and helpful. I was unsure if it was a good idea to put concrete on top of concrete, but Mike was able to explain the procedure in detail to me. He reassured me their 30+ years of expertise that it would not be a problem. Bohn and his team were the ones that came out on site and they were great and patient. We informed Covalt the incorrect amount of underlayment we needed to raise up. We were working on a tight schedule, but luckily Bohn always comes prepared and had brought extra material in case of emergencies like this.
