My group is 3 years out of college so we’ve taken a lot of party buses in our lifetime and this might have been the worst. We got pulled over on the way home for the brake lights out and reckless driving... and then the bus broke down and we were stuck on the side of a major highway for 2.5 hours. We got home around 3:45 am. We emailed the owner about it (also many other problems throughout the evening) and he asked how much our group had been drinking? I guarantee he replies to this review making things up to seem like it was our fault lol. Word of advice— don’t book this company. That is

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. This place is a scam. It is a group of shady bus drivers that con you out of your money left and right. Super scary experiance.
The bus was 2 hours late, and we were told the bus would be less expensive and a nicer bigger bus. When the bus arrived, it was filled with trash, no ac and half the size if the bus we booked. The driver of the bus told us he was new and didnt know he was supposed to pick us up. Than he said he was with another service and did not know who original contract was with. He couldn't tell us how he new to get is but he demanded money and said

This company should be named "Bait & Switch" . Do not use this company for any reason. They did not provide what was promised and did not communicate. Scheduled for a Homecoming group. BTW, the owner and his daughter (Deeb) are the owners of this company, and have reviews here as though they were customers. Honest companies do not have to do this. Parent company is United Limousine, so beware of any associated companies.

We have used Dallas Party Bus 2 times now! I have nothing but great things to say! They are professional, prompt, reliable and so easy to work with. My son and his friends are so excited to use DPB again for prom! I know the kids will be safe and well cared for! I highly recommend Louis and his team for any event you may have!

I had the pleasure of working with Party Bus Dallas rentals for a crazy successful party that was essentially centered around the Party Bus. With a lot riding on the party bus - I was a ball of stress. Were they going to be on time? Would they understand the bus route? Would they honor the price quoted. They did that and more! I am so pleased with working with Louis at the office and Noel the driver.
