Our driver, Suat, was excellent. Very professional. He went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful evening. The other staff was very professional also. Follow up and communication was AMAZING. I was either text or emailed or both every step along the way. I was coming in from out of town with a group so I called several limo places but Heaven on Wheels impressed me the most because they were so organized and helpful. Their pricing was the same as others who didn’t offer as good of service, so it was a no brainer to go with them. Very glad we did. Thank you!!

Booked an escalade limo months in advance for my wedding. They didn't even call or show up with a spare limousine on the day of my wedding. I called several times and left voicemails. After I threatened to sue by email, I got a call right before I walked down the aisle! The excuse was owner was out of town and so he didn't know, and limo is in the repair shop. The most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with in my life!! Definitely don't recommend to no one!!!
