North Psychology Clinic has deep roots in the North Metro. Previously part of the North Memorial Medical Center, North Psychology Clinic was established as a group private practice in 1990, when the North Memorial Child Guidance Clinic closed. The founding psychologists were committed to staying in the North metro area to connect with and provide for an often-under-served community.
That mission has stayed central to North Psychology's heart as it has grown and changed. Over time, our clinic has become more diverse in the ages served and in the disciplines in which therapists are trained, making us a richer resource for the community. We established our clinic as a place where we can provide quality care and service to a diverse community.

There is no wrong reason to go to therapy, and nothing has to be "wrong" with you to go see a therapist. Talking with a friend, family member, or mentor can often be very helpful. But in some cases, it might be more beneficial to talk with a trained professional. There are so many misconceptions about what it means to talk to someone, and our society often tells us that sharing our emotions is weak or shameful.
One of the main reasons people seek therapy is for help with intimate and close relationships. And while couples, partner, or relationship counseling tends to be viewed as something for only relationships in crisis, there are many reasons it might be a good idea for you. Some may be small, some larger, but all are important and deserve your time and care.
North Psychology is dedicated to the community. In 1994, we started working with local districts starting with North Star Primary School. We have provided therapy services in Brooklyn Center School District 286 since 1997, and we have been a founding partner with the Brooklyn Center Community Schools Resource Center since its inception in 2010.
I am committed to providing a therapeutic atmosphere where you feel engaged and supported. A space where you feel comfortable to self-reflect to be able to create balance, feel peace, and feel more connected to those around you. I strive to create an authentic connection and collaborative experience working together towards goals identified by you.
