I received testing services here because my Psychiatrist's office requires it before they allow clients to receive stimulant medication for ADHD. He sent me there as more of a formality because he felt certain that my symptoms matched the disorder. When I arrived (slightly late--poor time management who would have guessed!) I felt rushed and vaguely inhuman. I worked with a soon-to-be PsyD who seemed unsure of what he was doing. The tests used seemed pretty archaic (people still use Rorshac tests?), and though I understand that the testing process doesn't allow for too much banter, I felt completely

The therapist they set my teen up with wasn't bad; that particular therapist just wasn't a good fit. The reason for my negative post is the unprofessionalism and lack of communication on the part of Stone Arch Psychology. I called about a week and a half ago letting them know that my teen (who had already been through a few sessions) wanted to find a better match for therapy. The person I talked to then was helpful, but my mistake was failing to get her name. She told me that she would look for a better match for my teen and email me, which sounded wonderful. When more than a week wend by and I

Martina Kumar is wonderful and I could not recommend her more. Unfortunately my schedule no longer lines up with hers so I'm unable to continue working with her. If you are looking for someone who is compassionate, intelligent, and will challenge you; then she is the right therapist for you. I only saw her for about a year but she has had a big impact on me! Thanks for all you do!

Completely unprofessional from the moment I received my appointment confirmation email: just a screenshot of the patient correspondence instructions meant for the receptionist, who later hung up on me for cancelling my next appointment. When I called back she talked over me, argued very childishly. Don't bother with Ms. Laura 'Rudeass' Ramirez and the rest of the Stone Arch staff and go to an actual mental health facility. If I could give less than one star I would. The psychologist wasn't much more professional than her team either, shame.

I enjoyed this at first but started to notice how sketchy everything was getting. Appointments were being made without my consent and every time I had to cancel due to school or sudden illness (I always get sick during winter time), my therapist would guilt me and make me feel bad. Also they just stopped responding to my e-mails. I don't really recommend this place.

I would highly recommend Stone Arch Psychology. I've seen two family therapists (the first one left the practice), and have been more than happy with their help. I've been struggling with overcoming an extremely complex and dysfunctional family situation. Thanks to the guidance of my therapist Martina Kumar, throughout the last more than a year, I was able to change my life and my restrained relationship with my daughter. It wouldn't have been possible though without my persistence, willingness to listen and work hard on changing myself and my perseption of the events in my life. Blaming others
