I am so grateful for the assistance of I Fix NC. My tablet would not respond appropriately to anything including getting online. I had no idea how dependent I was/am on my caledar, contacts, on and on.
The staff informed what their procedure would be and also the cost of ths service. They assured me no costs would be generated without contacting me first. They encouraged me and were supportive; they did everything they said they would. They repaired my tablet for a remarkably reasonable charge. I Highly recommend them. It is a relief to know they are in New Bern, NC.

Quoted price over phone of $64. Got to store, price was increased by 23%. Was told what was given over the phone was from the top of their head. Very difficult to trust this organization. To improve is simple. Be accurate in your pricing. If you don't know, look it up. If you treat technology the same way (i.e.-guess about what is correct) your products are going to suffer.

X Box one..Was not Happy with , their work .. Told us , they thought it may need a mother Board, but wasn't for sure. Wanted 200.00 and something for one, but wasn't sure if that was the issue..Lady in front was nice.. Technician's wasn't to swift, if they can't figure out, the issues and just want to bolt on parts , untill the issue is resolved..

I took my brand new computer in this week because when I turned it on it would only display a white page with the chrome logo. It refused to do anything at all. I was very upset because its only two weeks old, but when I took it in, they called me the next day and told me what happened and that they fixed it and updated it. They took very good care of my computer.He gave me a deal on the price bc the computer messed up on its own. Overall I loved my experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Son iPad screen was cracked. Was able to get it right back a couple hours later. Means a lot when you have a toddler that loves their iPad!!

My wife Tabitha and I took her phone here to have a cracked screen replaced (Motorola edge plus). They ordered a screen got it fixed in about a week but my wife went to make a phone call and her microphone did not work. We took the phone back and the tech Joe troubleshooted some things an then decided that the microphone component needed to be replaced so they were going to order it and replace it at no charge because we believed that it was broke while repairing the screen. Then the service got bad. One week went by and we called and we were told that they would have the part overnighted the next

They went above and beyond to help our family. The tech didn’t get the fix right the first time (which happens sometimes). When we went to have it fixed again, the tech was out sick but the owner stepped in and took care of everything promptly. We super appreciate their help and would use them again! Thankyou IFixNC!

I called this place to ask them what they thought about Dell Alienware gaming laptops in my research on a new laptop purchase. It must have been my lucky day. I found out they had a Dell G7 gaming laptop for sale that is not very old. I purchased it as an alternative to an overpriced Alienware gaming laptop. I had the ram upgraded in it from 16gb to 32gb. The person that I talked to was honest and told me I did not need any more than 32gb of ram. He gave me an estimate for 64gb of ram upgrade but he told me I did not need it. It is a wonderful laptop and very fast. I am so glad that I called this

I went to the store in New Bern as I had an issue with my phone. I had been forewarned it would cost about $60 to replace the slot for the charger. Upon looking at it, the attendant was able to fix it with a pair of tweezers!! Voila, it is working again. Better yet, the clerk refused to let us pay her. She could have taken it, "fixed" it and charged us and we would not have known any better! Now that is integrity and first class service. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend then!

I have to tell this in a story.
My phone shut off and I couldn’t get it to charge or turn on at all. I called AT&T and they recommended that I take it to Universal PC care because they are “Apple certified”. My husband took it and was there for all of 5 minutes before they told him my “leader board” had failed,needed to be replaced and would cost… me $371. Not only that, but I would loose everything from the past 3 years on my phone.
I called BS.
Took it to iFixNC, they took the time to diagnose my phone to find out it was only a battery issue. Everything

I called this business looking for a power cord for a HP laptop. I did not need the adaptor section of this two part cord. I checked at the big box electronics and department stores in town and they each had the two part replacement cords for $60, which was too much for me. When I called iFixNC in New Bern and described what I needed they said they had "a bucket full of them" and that they'd give me one. When I arrived five minutes later the cord I needed was on the counter wrapped in a rubber band. The guys were very friendly and glad to help me out. I know where I'll go next

On January 1st my wife's iPhone proximity sensor stopped working making it very difficult for her to make calls. She found ifixnc on Google and called. They were actually closed but the proprietor was luckily in the shop and offered to take a look at it for us. He took it apart and identified the problem in less than a minute. The last repair shop we went to for a cracked screen had made all kinds of mistakes. The proprietor fixed us up in no time. Highly recommended!

Beau was awesome. I was TAD here from Pendleton and managed to break my phone. I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone but luckily was told to talk to these guys first. They repaired my phone same day and for a whole lot less than a new phone would have cost.
Also nice to know I'm supporting a veteran owned business.

Took my laptop there for a system reset. Disastrous results! They wiped the hard drive and I lost most of the installed software. I had saved all of my files to a thumb drive and paid extra to have them reinstalled but that was not done. I had to take the computer to another repairer just to get it to function. I wrote and called to complain but never received a response. My impression is that they are staffed by some teen aged " computer geeks" and a soccer mom who are completely untrained in computer repair! Stay away!!!

This place used to be great but the last time I went here the customer service was horrible. I was quoted $200 to fix my laptop without even having someone look at it. I was being pushed to buy a refurbished laptop when I said multiple times I didn't want one. I left because I was just so surprised. I received an email a few weeks after to follow up and I explained the situation in the email. I never got a response. Really bad customer service!!

Had to give 1 star took my ps3 in to get fixed (RLOD) after taking a week to fix 6 weeks later it was (RLOD) back doing the same thing. He said bring it back he'll give me a discount on fixing it again I THINK NOT

Best customer I've had in four years of selling parts.

a) Cares about employee happiness AND development. Beau invests in people as people, not in people as employees who do work for him... people leave this place better off for having been here.

b) None of that pass the buck nonsense... even when we really mucked up, he never yelled over it just because it may have inconvenienced him; even when he had the right to. Beau believes in what Truman said about passing the buck. It doesn't work.

c) Values quality.

Not sure what the deal is with "Brandon B". I got fantastic service from the guys over there at iFixNC. Brought them our broken iPhone that was accidentily washed in the washing machine. Couple days later we got the phone back.... good as new! These guys are your "go to" experts for fixing this kind of stuff.

Hopefully we won't need them again (at least for water damage), but if we do need them, I know we can trust them. 5 STAR SERVICE all around!

I used iFixNC for my broken iPhone. The service was prompt and and my problem was handled in a professional manner. It was delivered when promised, is working great and I'm beyond thrilled!! If you want a positive experience, don't hesitate to use these guys....They're Awesome!!

This place was great! Took my white iPhone 4 in with a completely destroyed screen and they told me to come back in an hour and a half. Came back a little early and they had already finished. Looked brand new! They even put in new hardware that was missing from when i had a friend try to fix it with a new screen that we'd ordered through EBay. It's four months later now and still going. Definitely recommend this place.
