I called up to Computer Warriors on Yopp Rd in Jacksonville earlier just to kind of get a feel for if they ever came across and/or sold refurbished parts. Nathan answered the phone. I have been in customer service-style jobs more than I haven't, so I will put it like this. The tone of Nathan's voice was welcoming as it was articulated. What I mean is, he genuinely sounded happy to help out no matter what the call had to do with, and that to me is paramount in customer service. My older enterprise-class laptop was running very slowly. I had run diagnostics & ensured I had done all I could without upgrading the drive and memory. The Computer Warriors team confirmed my conclusion. A technician from another company had been unable to install a solid state drive a couple years ago but Computer Warriors successfully upgraded my device. I am extremely pleased with their 2-day diagnosis turnaround and one day upgrade/clone service. My only regret is having waited so long to enlist their service.

As someone with a multimedia business, my computer is essentially an extension of myself. So, when my computer suddenly stopped charging before a major deadline, it's easy to say that I was panicking.
Realizing my issue was my charger, I went to Best Buy first. Apparently, stores don't carry the original charger. The Geek Squad recommended a universal charger that was guaranteed to fit my computer.
You can probably imagine my frustration and panic when it didn't work. While the charger was universal, it only came with a handful of heads (the part that plugs into the computer),

So I fixed the original post because the issue was a operator error on my part, once I was able to fix that issue the computer worked great and connected quickly. The wait time was exactly as long as the technicians advised me so over all with professionalism and price this is a great place to get your computers worked on for the right price, I prefer this place to geek squad any day.

The best customer service experience in my life! I went in because my laptop quit working. Chris was very helpful and explained what happened to my laptop and gave me multiple options on what to do next. also, Chris happily took my laptop apart to try some tips I saw on YouTube. They definitely went the extra mile to try and fix my laptop. Unfortunately, my laptop couldn't be fixed but they did give me advice on what type of laptop I would want to buy. I brought a very sick laptop to them, afraid that the hard drive was kaput. The folks there were very friendly and explained they would get it into diagnostics later that day and call me the next day (this was a Thursday) to let me know what they had found. After not hearing from them by Monday, I called them only to be told it was still in diagnostics (geek speak for oops, we forgot about that one). They promised to call me with an update by Thursday. I would go back in a minute. The service is fast and professional. The owner responded quickly and the price was better than the other 7 places I asked for a quote. My visit today has prompted me to create a review. I was experiencing problems with a relatively new computer. I needed advice and feedback to help me decide whether I wanted to incur a diagnostic and repair bill. Two years ago I went to computer warriors and got a rhino Shield for my iPhone 5. I don't have a scratch on it. Well today I went in and got the fusion shield on my iPhone 6. This shield is 10 shades passed the rhino in the intensity of impact protection!!! I despise the gorilla glass and will NEVER go back!! Thank you, Computer Warriors!
