Services
Our staff is experienced and caring. Good Day is active in many professional and business organizations including the New Jersey Association for the Education of Young Children, the New Jersey and National Child Care Association and the local Chamber of Commerce. Miss Jeni joined the Good Day staff in 2004 as a teacher's assistant.
Good Day Nursery and Childcare Center was established in the the late 1970's as a private school unaffiliated with St. Paul's church. In 2002, Amy Bitalla, otherwise known as "Miss Amy" and her husband Stephen purchased the business and transformed it into Good Day Preschool & Kindergarten. Family run and operated, Good Day has been a fixture in the community for over 40 years.
Good Day provides a Summer Camp that has a flexible schedule to fit your family's needs. It's a great way to transition new students into a school setting and routine in preparation for the upcoming school year. We have many activities throughout the day including art projects, snack, outside time, water fun, and so much more!
Our programs encourage hands-on participation to encourage the full development of every child physically, academically, emotionally, and socially. This hands-on approach is developed through learning centers which assist the teacher in creating challenging educational experiences for the child. Skills and strategies are developed that are necessary for a successful and confident student.
