Lori Urbschat and Peter Urbschat began the company in 2003 with Lori as the only caregiver and Peter as the administrative staff member. While we aimed at looking after the elderly, we didn't dismiss the care that was required by people in general, which in turn helped us grow at an accelerated pace within two years!

Under staffed poor management they dont return your calls in a timely manner cant recommed them they dont have help for backups or emergencys to kathy needs to be going out into the field to know what its like instead of sitting on her butt and barking orders my warning to this agency is when you drop a client because you dont care to listen to there needs it will come back to you when your own time of need arises when you need help yourselves when you grow old and dependant on an agency

Always willing to accommodate clients needs. Very caring staff. They do a great job of adjusting schedules on short notice. Staff always put safety first and they know how to handle urgent situations. I am an RN and work frequently with home care agencies, assisted living facilities and long term care facilities. While staffing may be problematic at times, the owner and management staff are willing to provide care so that all client needs are met. Staffing is an industry wide problem and not unique to Quality Home Care.

Thank you , Michael Comperini, for voicing your concerns. I am truly sorry you feel this way however, as like all businesses whether or not they are in the health care field, do struggle with hiring. I did see that you are unhappy with many agencies that have provided services to you in the past and obviously we too have not been able to meet your needs. It is my hope that you do find an agency that does meet those needs and are fortunate enough to have back-up as needed. We do service many members in the valley who do appreciate our help.
