The care for our loved one is exceptional. Since we cannot be there all the time, it is comforting to know that our loved one is treated with respect and love. Home Care provides more than just "care". Companionship is so important. The caregivers truly love their job--it is apparent in how much our loved one looks forward to seeing his caregiver. I can say that the home care assistants and the office staff were so very caring to my Mom at all times. They cared for her at 2 different times every day, 7 days/week. They were always very attentive and updated me on my Mom's progress whenever I called. They worked with her daily to continue the exercises that PT had given her to perform at home. Everyone was genuinely friendly, thoughtful, kind and professional. I would definitely recommend them to care for your loved one. I never worried about her safety when they were present in her home. If my Mom is ever able to return to her own home again

They are a Godsend!! My dad has severe mixed dementia and was having some behavioral issues. The caregivers they provide are perfectly matched to meet his needs. With their help, my dad is now content and happy with far fewer anxious moments. They help with his care and encourage him to participate in both group and individual activities. One caregiver brings his guitar and they sing together. Another always has a special treat she made herself. I am disabled and cannot visit my dad as frequently as I would like. I have worked with Home Care Assistance for approximately 2 plus years in 2 different professional roles. I knew from the moment I walked through their doors that John and Julie Davids, along with their team were people I wanted to connect with. Owners John and Julie are incredible people! They are so caring and passionate about what they do, as is their team! I’ve had the privilege of working with Julie for the past 3 years through the Oshkosh YMCA’s Memory Café program, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association. She volunteers her time to help those living with dementia connect and socialize in a safe space. Julie has had a huge impact on the participants and their loved ones.

Home Care Assistance has been great help in helping my 94 year old father stay in his home. The associates that are with my dad 24 hours a day are polite, considerate, professional and always willing to help my dad in any way. The administration, from scheduler, to owner of the company, have always quickly responded to any questions I have and gone over and beyond the goal to keep my dad comfortable and dignified.
