It is owned and operated by Randy Atwater who has been a CPA since 1997. Randy has practiced in public accounting offices from Springfield to Havana for the past 20 years. He also has the help of several part-time staff who too have past accounting and tax experience. Randy lives with his wife and two children in Petersburg, IL.
