I took my laptop to PC Pros to have the screen replaced. When they returned the laptop, the touch mouse was no longer functioning and the chassis was cracked. I was able to fix the mouse myself. However, the screen they put in the machine has a dead pixel with a large halo defect around it. But because PC Pros did such an awful job with everything else, I can't even take the screen back. A warranty is useless if you can't trust the business providing it. The only good thing was that they were fast.

I brought my son's laptop in for repairs and we had it back within two weeks. They sent him texts along the way of what they were doing with the laptop and always kept him in the loop. Very great service and very friendly. We will definitely be back again if we need our laptops worked on!!!

PC Pros did it for me and my laptop. Thought it was falling apart to point of having to get a new one but Tim and his staff repaired the foundational parts of an old laptop and fixed my failing hard drive issue. Now I've got a faster laptop with more memory and don't have to be concerned about replacing it soon. And they repaired it in a short period of time.

Talked to the owner. Really nice guy. Definitely a good place to bring in a PC for repair. If you're looking to buy be aware he doesn't stock graphics cards (at least as of Dec/2021) but he will order as needed. I believe they will also assemble your PC for you from what I understand. If you're thinking about going all the way to Kansas City to go to microcenter maybe stop by here first and potentially save yourself a trip.

Had a 3-year old Lenovo that was so slow I was going to replace it; but decided to see if it could be salvaged. I took it to Springfield PC Pros. They had it up and running in only a few hours. (I did pay an additional fee to "rush," but it was nominal and worth every dime.

More than exceptional customer service! I was extremely happy with my visit here. I am a college student and my laptop was all types of messed up. They had it fixed up, updated, and cleaned within a day. Really genuine people there that want to help you. So I went in about a month ago with my Pre-built PC had purchased at Best Buy with the intention on upgrading it. I was welcomed by Tim, and told him what I was looking for.
