Brighter Days Home Care LLC is a State of Tennessee Licensed, non-medical home care agency (companion and personal care). We are a local / independently owned company (Non-Franchise). Co-Owner's Brian and Robin McInturff have been lifelong residents of East Tennessee. Brian and Robin have three children.
24- Hour Care - Our team of caregivers can provide around the clock care for your loved one. Respite Care - We understand that family caregivers rest too. This option allows family caregivers time off to run errands, go on vacation, go to appointments or just need much needed rest. Our services are intended to keep our clients in their home as long as possible.

We were assigned this company thru the VA and once again a substandard business. The first aid assigned was late the second day and arrested by the end of the week (not any connection to us). The second aid never showed up and no communication from the company. Its sad and unacceptable that these companies are the best the VA have to offer. Would not recommend if dependable care is what you're looking for.

We are new customers to Brighter Days. We have used them 3 times so far with more dates planned. They are so friendly & easy to communicate with. They worked so hard on short notice to provide a sitter for my 90 year old mom for a date we needed. We love the sitters they have been able to provide us & my mother has been very comforable with them also. We highly recommend thier service. We plan on using them for a long time with no hesitation.

Family owned and caring agency. They take excellent care of their customers and we have no complaints. In fact, it has been very pleasurable working with them. We have used other agencies in the past and we felt very alone. Brighter Days is the best agency by far!!! Our family would recommend Brighter Days Home Care without hesitation!!!
