Went to the dentist in excruciating pain and took all of 10 minutes to do the new patient paperwork, as well as X-rays. Within 5 minutes seen the dentist he told me the game plan and then I spoke with the receptionist about cost. I was done by 9:25 am with a person who was ahead of me. Great job and extremely happy will be back to finish the other work I need done.

Stay away from this dental office, they are a bunch of crocks. I took my 96 year old mother here for a cleaning. They tried to insist that she had to have x-rays, but at 96 and with dementia, she will not sit still for x-rays. After waiting in a dental chair 30 minutes for the cleaning, they said we had to come back a couple days later because they could not do the cleaning. We came back at the second appointment time, waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and then they said my mom had to have x-rays or they could not clean her teeth. We left after they wasted two days of my time. A month

This experience with the dentist here was simply awful. I came to this office back in March where he changed a filling for me. He didn’t layer it with any medication to help with any future pain or discomfort. He told me give it 48 hours and you’ll feel better. After 5 days I was still in pain I told him this he said it shouldn’t be hurting but insisted I give it 2-3 months, as my tooth was just “sensitive”. I went back towards the end of June, still in pain whenever I chew on the tooth. Gold Coast is now telling me I need a root canal!! I said how when it was fine before he went and

At last, I have to leave a unhappy review.
Every time I said no! when I received the text messages of scheduled more than 10 times.
Other than that I clearly said " No more thanks" when she call me 3days ago. But I'd say "Please, please, please, don't call me anymore" When I just received while ago. And what's even more amazing is I just hang up the call right after they text me again! ㅡ.ㅡ

Husband had a bad toothache so we called at 10am and they said they could get him in at 12:30, we were grateful. My husband gets to the office at 12:20 and goes back shortly after 12:30.
They said he needs a single tooth extraction. While in the chair, the dentist decides to go to lunch and won't return until 2pm.......who does that???
A simple tooth extraction and bridge shouldn't of taken longer than an hour. He was there almost 4 hours and wanted to charge us over $420 with insurance.
They gave us a $50 discount for this mess.
Only go here if you have a same day emergency.

BEWARE...I made an appointment at Gold Coast Dental because I had just gotten new insurance, they were close and accepted new patients. Surprisingly, I was able to get scheduled right away. The office was nice and clean, and the staff was Super Friendly. I expected to fill out New Patient paperwork, but did not expect to be taken into an office and sat down with a Representative of the Company and offered coffee while she helped me fill out the paperwork...
I was asked to go back into the waiting room until they were ready for me. They were calling to verify my insurance before doing anything

Came in yesterday for my children's new patient check up and cleaning appointment. Dr. Kim and his back office staff/assistants were great. I'm a retired office manager and have been in the dental field for over 20 years and I know what good service is. Unfortunately I couldn't give his office 5 stars due to how inept and rude his front office staff was. I believe her name is Iday? First of all she did not greet us head was buried in a phone call when we got there. During my visit she informed me my kids were not assigned to the office and was on the phone with the insurance rep

BEWARE **Shady Billing Practices**
My husband had dental work at this office years ago prior to Gold Coast Dental taking over.
All of a sudden we start receiving statements for very old services he had prior to GCD which we were never billed prior.
I have never stepped foot in this office and TODAY I receive a statement in my name.
No date of service, procedure codes or procedures on the bill. Picture provided.
Tried calling twice and was answered by a phone service and not able to get in contact with this office.
I would hate for someone's be taken advantage of due to these shady practices

Shady location! They told my parents they needed work that was not necessary. Luckily my parents visited another dentist for a second opinion and they were told they did not need that work that Gold Coast dental was recommending, not to mention it was over 3k$!
Please do not fall for these people!! I decided to leave this review because it's not the first time this has happened. Do not trust this location!

Beyond satisfied with this dentist office I would give 10 stars if I could. I went to three different dentist office and there was no doctor to help me with care. I needed a wisdom tooth extraction every other doctor told me I needed to be put asleep to get this exam done and wait weeks to get an appointment at this time I was in severe pain. Doctor Kim was amazing he took care of it the first day I was seen and I did not have to be put asleep it took no more than 20 minutes. I am so thankful and happy.
Definitely will be back and refer them to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

This will be my 1st time at Dr Kim's facility. I was referred here by Invisalign's website that was originally for a different location of this dental group.
At first my outlook on my scheduled visit was pretty bleak as I was rescheduled 2 times before I was actually seen by Dr Tran. It was convenient though as I was able to get in on a Sunday which is pretty crazy for medical / dental offices to be open on those days! He only took x-rays with his assistant as well as photos of my problem areas. I had to then come back again the next day when Dr Kim would actually be in the office
