Love this dental office the staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. They always explain everything with great detail and the best part their prices are very affordable and offer payment plans. They’re great with kids; all my kids and I have gotten our ortho here. Would highly recommend it for all those kids with dental office phobias 😁

I went to Buena Park Smile Dental last January because my regular dentist was out and BP Smile Dental offered a new patient special discount program. After my exam I received an estimate for the dental work they said I needed that came to $3,485. That seemed way to expensive as I have no problems with my teeth. My regular dentist came back so I went to see him and was told my teeth are fine and I did not need any of the work that BP Smile Dental had told me I needed. Beware of this place as they just see money when they look at you. I feel they were trying to rip me off as my teeth are fine.

I come here to do my braces with Dr. Shawn. The staff is so friendly and they make me feel so comfortable. The girls in the back always let me choose multiple colors for my bands on my braces. I love rainbows! 🌈 They always offer snacks and drinks. But the best park is that they have chocolate on the counters and if you don’t have cavities you get a Johns Incredible Pizza coupon to eat. Best Place Ever!!!!

Compassionate and knowledgeable, they have no problem taking extra time to explain things. They also are very attentive to anxiety. I fear the dentist deeply but they took excellent care of my husband who needed extensive work and were very kind to me as well.
Update: 5 stars isn't enough for this place!! I had my first appt here on Monday. I was full of anxiety but everyone was so kind. I am so glad to have found such a wonderful practice. I have 100% confidence in this office.

Quick service but she wouldn’t do any procedure on my son, she says she doesn’t treat kids as young as 5, yet my neighbor takes her son their. All she did was put fluoride and not clean his teeth. She charged my insurance for the cleaning that she didn’t do. She said my son was squirming when he wasn’t, I was present the whole time. She didn’t have her coat on, she looked like she was ready to go to the club. Not professional at all.
