Amazing place to get a custom built computer! I am a video editor and needed a new computer that could handle 4K footage. The team at Home PC Support worked with me every step of the way on what computer parts (graphics card, RAM, storage) the programs I use for video creation would require and built me a computer.

My nine year old computer was dying. They had what I was looking for in stock with a solid state hard drive. They were able to transfer the files the same day and I plugged it in and started it up with no problems. Very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

My 4 year old computer was being wonky, slow, 'fixing' not starting, etc. I tried a few things but not much improvement.
Went in and they were welcoming and responsive to my needs. They notified when they had a solution, what it would take and how long for a part. They were efficient and successful!
It's like a brand new computer and even works better than before.
Completely satisfied.

I have used this company since its inception. GREAT RESPONSIVE service. FAIR pricing. I have a computer, not lap top, which requires in home service and the price is fair for fast, quality service. Anything goes wrong, Internet or my devices, I call and response is quick and professional.

Wow these guys are GREAT!! I came into the store desperate for them to make my laptop work - I am travelling and all of a sudden the machine wouldn't work. I was going to just go to Best Buy to get a new one when a local man encouraged me to give these guys a shot. Am I glad I did! Matt helped me right away and got me up and running!! Thanks Matt!!

Matt & his associates have always been there for me (an absolute computer illiterate) from software issues, to changeover to a new computer to just being there to answer a question. This time was an unlucky spill that made the keyboard stick. I dropped it off and before I got home they called to tell me it was fixed and, in addition, they reviewed and cleaned up the computer of junk while it was in their hands. I know I can go to them and get quality work, quick response and a fair charge. I recommend @Home PC Support, Matt and his staff as first class - call them.

I can only give them two stars. Their service might be great. I'll never know. I sent them a detailed email with all of my contact information and the nature of my computers problem hoping they might be able to help me out. They never responded. With the covid virus and the current local economy one would think they would be wanting new customers. If they contact me I will certainly change this review but any business that does't have the time to even respond to a customer that they decline the work or want it, certainly does not show professionalism. It's been two weeks so maybe

I needed my dell desktop converted from 7 ultimate to 10 and I bought a license before I talked to them and they told me I didn't have to do that and tried to show me how to sell it. I brought it in and they were very friendly and helped bring it in (had heart attack and can't lift heavy stuff yet). They told me all that they would do and it would be ready by the end of the day and it was. The are located near the wok place (great location) with easy in and out and plenty of parking. Pricing was very reasonable. I wish I took a photo of the place because its much bigger now and roomier

My wife's Dell laptop had a hard drive crash recently. We took it to Home PC Support hoping that they might be able to recover some of the data. Richard was able to save all the old data. He installed a solid state drive (SSD) and reloaded Windows 10. This machine was always a dog - now it is great! All this with a one day turnaround and a very reasonable price as well. And they do a big business in refilling ink cartridges. They are in the process of moving to a bigger facility in Southern Pines.
