Cracked glass/touch screen, dark ink like blemishes, touch screen non responsive, screen discolouration. Fix issues with sleep wake button being unresponsive, volume up and volume down buttons no longer working correctly, and home button not working correctly. Curtis has over 10 years experience repairing wide range of electronics and continues to expand his knowledge as technology changes. The staff checked me in and explained their job length - very efficiently.
I received a call the next day notifying me that my job was complete.
Workmanship is great and price was $50 less than I was quoted at a previously used repair service!

Great locally owned company. Called set an appointment to get my wife’s phone fixed the next day. They had it fixed in 30 minutes called me immediately. Also went above and beyond because we have three small children I called ahead and paid for it and the gentleman was nice enough to bring your phone out to the car to my wife so we didn’t have to bring all three of our small children in the store. It’s a little things that matter and why local business and supporting local is so important.Probably had my phones fixed in screens replaced here at least 10+ times in the past five years.

By far the best experience I’ve had. Dropped an iPhone off just before closing and I received a call the next morning with a diagnosis. Was given my options and picked up the phone that afternoon. All with a very reasonable price. Will use Xcell for all future electronics needs.

I came in 40 minutes before closing and they fit me in without hesitation or an eye roll. They use a good quantity replacement screen so I’ve never had issues. Today was my son’s phone. I’ve had 3 done there and all work perfect. Price was cheaper than everyone around.

Excellent electronics repair business. My wife and I had them repair different cell phones. The repairs were quick (less than 30 minutes) and inexpensive. $50 repair to replace a cell phone camera is a whole lot cheaper than $1200 for a new phone! Highly recommended! I brought a nintendo switch here to just have the charging post fixed because it was a bit askew (still charged perfectly fine). I specifically asked if it was entirely necessary and they insisted that it was. After I left it with them I received a call informing me that they had accidentally damaged the mother board and had to replace the entire thing. I was told there would be no charge and when I came to pick it up they charged me for the original charging port fee. I asked about being told that there would be no charge and they, "yeah, we aren't charging you for the motherboard

Curtis, the owner is THE Best!! He is sooo patient with me and others. What appears to be a disaster to me is handled with ease. He also explains in detail and works very quickly.
