Absolutely one of the best dentist offices that I've had the pleasure of being admitted to. The service that the workers provide highlights that they value customer happiness, with flexible hours and individuals who enjoy what they do. I had somewhat of an emergency having a bad toothache. This being my 1st visit there, I was very impressed that they agreed to take me same day squeezing me in their booked schedule. Very friendly staff and Dr. CAI was also very nice and very informative and did a great job. Long story short, the toothache is gone. Very pleased with the experience.

My experience at CAI Dentistry was excellent all around. Free parking, warm, bright office environment and Dr. Cai was outstanding in all respects. He cleaned my teeth thoroughly, went over my x-rays in detail, and answered all my questions. The three ladies on his staff that I encountered during my visit were super friendly and helpful. I’ll be back in six months and bringing my wife with me. Thank you CAI Dentistry for a stellar job!

I normally don't do reviews on Yelp, but am very happy that I recently switched to Dr. Cai. Since COVID, I've been in three times and also switched my kids from a pediatric dentist to his practice. He's wonderful and relates to patients of all ages. Most importantly, he manages all dental issues so well, from routine cleanings to complex issues. He also manages safety protocols during the pandemic in a very reassuring way. I'm very glad I started coming here! Highly recommend!

Great dentist and overall experience. From a safety perspective, they took all the right precautions (e.g. masks, glass partitions, sealed rooms). From a dental perspective, Dr. Cai was very thorough in not only cleaning my teeth, but also walking me through X-rays to educate me / take me along for how he was assessing my teeth. He also took care of a retainer issue I had, quickly and effectively re-bonding it to my teeth.
Overall, I highly recommend this practice given my experience here.

Dr.Cai was amazing! I was very nervous to go to a new dentist during COVID-19, but I was amazed at the offices process to keep the patients and staff safe. The cleanliness of the office was impeccable. Dr. Cai was very attentive, knowledgeable, quick; he got me in and out. I am officially switching to his practice!

All the positive reviews are accurate! He has a great bedside manner. Very qualified and professional. He explained the process in detail and made me feel comfortable. I think he's not only a great dentist but also a very nice person! Overall, i enjoyed my experience. Oh, the price was super reasonable. I am a new patient and was referred by my mom and brother. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but am so glad I came here. The staff is super friendly and professional. The office space is very clean and inviting. I thought I would need a root canal but Dr. Cai who is amazing, was able to save my tooth! He explained the entire process to me and made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm actually looking forward to going back to see him soon. I highly recommend Cai Dentistry.

LOVED Dr. Cai. I cannot express how much I dislike going to the dentist, so much that I have not went in a few years. Finally got the courage to go and so happy I did and that I found Cai Dentistry. Staff was nice and talked me through everything. I'm used to dentists making me feel horrible about my teeth but not here! I'm so happy I found a dentist that is kind and understanding. I never do reviews but felt like I needed to on this one. First off I HATE going to the dentist and was so overdue that I dreaded it even more. It was easy to get an appointment, and they even understood when i had to postpone it a few days (very last-minute) when my son woke up sick.
When i got to the office, Dr Cai put me at ease the minute I met him, and was fabulous. He was super easy to talk to-about dentistry and about life in general. He spent a long time going over my xrays with me, and actually did a lot of the cleaning himself. (I'm used to spending 95% of my time with a hygienist

I absolutely love this place. The Office is full of very nice people and the Dentist is the bomb. The one thing I wanted was a Dentist that actually did the work himself and not really defer to an assistant for anything outside of x-rays. This guy does it all and explains everything in detail as he does it. By far one of the best dental experiences I have ever had and hopefully he will be my Dentist for a long time.
FYI. I called and got an appointment within one day of calling. No having to wait a month to see someone.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Phil Cai at his clinic yesterday. Everything is brand new, clean, and very nicely decorated. I was immediately impressed when I walked in. His staff are very hospitable and made me feel right at home. He is a very sharp, young dentist that takes all of the anxiety away when sit down for a procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Cai to anyone in the area!
