Gypsy Organization. Rude, Unprofessional Can't Account for Funds Entrusted to them. ($30k+ missing). 10 weeks for elevator repair and still not operational??? Rodent infestation because they won't pay pest control company. Only want to use their overpriced contractors. (Kickbacks) Butler thinks it's acceptable for heating systems to be non-functional in January? STAY AWAY!

I owned a condo within a building that J. Butler manages for 10+ years. The experience was great. They were attentive to my needs as a unit owner and to the overall needs of the building. They responded in a timely fashion, and aimed to communicate in a way that got to the heart of the issue so that It was resolved efficiently. I will miss working with them. J Butler property management has been wonderful. I’ve owned my unit for over 5 years. Within the first few months of J butler taking over they were able to help me with a heating problem i struggled with for over a year with the previous company.
Every time I have a question about my unit that I now rent out, they are quick to respond. They also have done a great job making improvements to the buildings and overall property. It is much appreciated!

I own an apartment in a condo association who hires J Butler Property Management since 2016. J Butler Property Management is a great management company. They provide informative feedback on risk management and issues we faced, suggest helpful actions for the condo association to avoid lost and/or damage, answer owners' request on time, work in good business manner, etc. The staff are really friendly as well. I will surely recommend this management company to my friends.

We've used J Butler to manage our condo for as long as I've been here (since 2010). They've been very cooperative and done a great job at keeping things going and handling the routine maintenance items. I especially appreciate their responsiveness when issues come up. I've lived in a few other condos managed my companies and the experience we've had with Butler has been the best so far
