Not exactly on the up and up. Very poor management.
Do not answer emails or phone messages. Questionable methods. Do yourself a favor and don't get involved with this company.

As one of three trustees of a 60-unit building, we are more than pleased with our decision to hire Gold Management.
As a quick turnover from our former management was needed, we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was for Gold to accommodate and set up our association in their system.
Mike and Vikki have been extremely honest about what was needed to get us back on track, honesty was something we needed and had been lacking from previous managers.

Dont move anywhre that this company owns or works for unless you want to deal with issues after issues. if i could give this place and the management a zero rating i would. i'm not gonna get into details cause there's to many to write in this review but if you want a place that gladly takes your money and doesn't do anything around their building or for their tenants than this is your place to rent from.

Maree has been our property manager for a year now on 2 properties. Theres nowhere we can fault her really. Quick to respond, does all the necessary checks without prompt, is firm but fair with the tenants (and sometimes us!) And when dealing with an abandoned tenancy, got it refilled quickly and recovered all costs from the previous tenants. Very happy.

Our experience with this company has been horrific since they took over the management of our condominium complex.

Especially during and after the recent natural gas disaster in Andover MA, the management of this organization was unresponsive, unhelpful, and extremely callous in the way they handled issues in our complex. Michael McMullen the manager is awful to deal with and does not return our phone calls. He has been heavy handed and bullish with all his dealings with residents. His communications have been very poor. We are actively appealing to the board of directors to get rid of this company
