Every staff member is required to re-wash and glove between jobs on our truck, after eating, bathroom breaks, after touching unclean surfaces or items, or coughing/sneezing. Every staff member uses gloves in preparing your pizza and cannolis, from tossing dough to cutting your great pies!

We use Steramine Sanitizer, an industry leader, to sanitize our non-porous surfaces, effectively killing micro-organisms and infectious bacteria that may be lingering in our mobile kitchen. We bake our pizza between 800f - 900f for close to 1.5 minutes which also kills off most pathogens.

Annie - Being from Philly I've had some amazing pizza and this pizza all the way over here in colorado tops my list! A must eat! Jake V. - The pizza was great as well as the service. They said our first pizza looked a little to burnt so they made us another one even and then gave us both. Even though the first one was still amazing.

First time we ordered online yesterday & picked up. Wish they had Gluten free crust for me , but my husband gave their rating a 4.5 for pizza. I had ordered online but didn't see where to enter in pick up times so I called they were really understanding... but I think the option doesn't appear if you use Apple Pay. (Just FYI).

I still think the family running the business is very nice. And the pizzas are pretty good. However, I am updating my stars from a 5 to a 4 simply because the calendar is not always accurate and they are impossible to reach. We recently went to the scheduled location and they were not there. We tried reaching them and it was a voicemail. Messages aren't returned in a timely fashion. I tried to send them an email to make them aware of this and there is no contact email on the website from what I can see either. If these two details can be fixed I'll bump my stars back up again to a 5.

The concept is great. The crust is good BUT we were not overly impressed.We split the green chili pie and they use Stoges green chili (store bought and no spice) had no cheddar cheese (it's supposed to) and it was lacking acidity, could use salsa. I also wanted to try the dessert pizza but I guess that is only for catering. Not really memorable.
